"Cascina Bringin" is a prestigious home where the echoes of times past linger in sounds, scents and emotions, a lovely, refined building, a building of the past brought into the present with unique touches guaranteeing top comfort.

The breakfast moment is particularly enjoyable because it allows us to interact with our guests and offer them typical products from the region, which we mostly cultivate and transform following old recipes of the peasant tradition. We have banned large-scale distribution, which favors low costs and standardizes all flavors. Our focus is on enhancing the goodness, typicality, and authenticity that are present here: sourdough bread made with organic flour from our ancient grains, baked in a wood-fired oven, jams made with fruit we produce and organic cane sugar, and local sweets that follow the seasons.

The historic house is restored like a listed building and conveniently refurbished. It is situated in a beautifull scenery on the countryside and in the same time near traditional and modern facilities like street markets, shopping centres, cathedrals and sanctuaries round Mondovi. Langhe, Liguria, the Alps and the riverside lowlands are all nearby. Above all Rina and Beppe are most hospitable hosts.

Nous avons passé 3 magnifiques journées à Mondovi, et la maison et tout autant l'accueil de Rina et Beppe, y sont pour beaucoup. C'est une très belle expérience. La demeure est magnifique. proche de la Ville mais en pleine campagne, nichée dans les collines pleines de beauté et de sérénité face à Mondovi. Les chambres/appartements sont magnifiques et aménagés avec goût par Rina et Beppe pour mettre en valeur les éléments anciens. L'accueil est excellent et le petit déjeuner royal, avec des spécialités de la région préparées par Rina. Un lieu d'exception, dans lequel nous reviendrons pour prendre le temps de visiter cette région d'Italie. Merci beaucoup de cet accueil et de cette qualité d'accueil. Grazie mille per questa accoglienza e qualità.

B&B charmant dans une atmosphère calme, pas très loin du centre-ville. Endroit idéal pour passer un week-end ou comme base pour les vacances en langhe. Petit-déjeuner copieux et surtout Rina et Beppe sont pleins d'hospitalité.

Accolti con la massima cordialità e disponibilità fin dal primo momento dalla signora Rina (la proprietaria) la quale non ci ha fatto mancare nessun servizio. Ricco buffet salato e dolce a colazione con prodotti locali freschi e fatti in casa, personalizzato a seconda delle esigenze. Camere ampie e pulite. Zona tranquilla con ottima vista sulle colline del cuneese. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo!
