Casa La Preziosa, in name and in fact. Marika is a special person, knows how to welcome guests and make them feel part of the house. In the rooms, you can breathe the old and the new in a harmonious way. We will definitely come back.

The structure is very beautiful, curated in every detail in the furnishings, excellent breakfast based on homemade products and the owner is really kind and helpful. I found the room a bit dirty, the floor was not very clean and the invasion of bugs that we found in every corner of the room was not very pleasant, unfortunately.

It is a great Bed and Breakfast located in an easily reachable place and convenient for the Mondovicino outlet. The villa has been recently renovated from a typically Piedmontese farmhouse and the result is pleasant and very interesting for the details included. The assigned room was very comfortable and equipped with a cutting-edge bathroom. The owner is very affable and helpful and the breakfast is traditional and genuine.

We found ourselves in total freedom in this renovated farmhouse, immersed in the countryside a few kilometers from Mondovì. The rooms that Marika kindly showed us have maintained the original structure and are very spacious and comfortable. The common area is very welcoming. Our curiosity was satisfied by Marika's willingness to tell her story and that of her family. For the wonderful breakfast, we thank the mother and mother-in-law who contribute to the preparation of cakes, biscuits, and jams as well as Marika for the homemade bread.

Marika is very kind and very helpful, the structure is amazing, truly wonderful. The breakfast is abundant but above all excellent. The location is perfect for reaching the neighboring villages in a short time. Nothing to say, everything perfect.

I stayed at the property during the B&B day and I had a great time. The owner Marika was very kind, polite, and helpful, there are no words to explain the kindness and consideration shown to the guest. The house is beautiful, modern but at the same time 'old-fashioned'. Perfectly clean and with every comfort. Jacuzzi in the room, spacious bathroom, quiet, very comfortable mattress and bed. A special mention to the breakfast, simply superb, homemade and especially local products, both sweet and savory, with significant attention to km0 and organic. I will definitely come back.

Excellent place immersed in the green countryside. The property has been finely renovated with original and aesthetically pleasing furnishing solutions. Mrs. Marica was very kind and helpful, making us feel absolutely comfortable. Definitely worth going back.

The B&B, hosted by an ancient farmhouse, has recently been renovated and activated. It is located in the middle of the green of a suggestive countryside, with the mountains that, in the evening, offer coolness. Breakfast consists of good things and many cakes. The location of the structure allowed us to visit the architectural, artistic and naturalistic emergencies of the surroundings (with a short trip of three quarters of an hour you can reach a stunning and welcoming mountain; eg, Val Pesio, Grotta di Bossea). Therefore, a pleasant and relaxing stay, thanks also - perhaps above all - to the sympathy and cordiality of Marika (who has been a precious discovery for us, just like her house).

Perfect location, perfectly arranged and extremely clean rooms. Abundant and excellent breakfast. The lady is incredibly kind, helpful, and takes optimal care of the customers. Highly recommended.

The location is truly fantastic, a farmhouse from the mid-1800s, excellently renovated while maintaining the original elements integrating them with modern design such as the fabulous illuminated bodies in satin iron made exclusively like an African village taken care of by the owner Marika. Marika is truly a wonderful person, kind and helpful in a truly sincere way. Despite having to leave early in the morning, she made herself available to prepare breakfast at dawn for us. Abundant breakfast composed, among other things, of homemade cakes, homemade jams, homemade cookies, in addition to everything else. We arrived for work but I will definitely come back with my family. Thank you very much Marika, when I come back here I will definitely come to you.

The quiet area and the 'small living room' in the garden are ideal for relaxing and getting away from the city chaos. In addition, Marika is very kind and helpful. Thank you very much again.

Staying with my family at Casa La Preziosa was truly an unforgettable experience: wonderful landscape setting; the house renovated and detailed with a modern touch but at the same time tied to the centuries-old tradition of the place and the spacious and welcoming bedrooms. But the delight for breakfast preparation is something extraordinary. Fragrant cookies and grandma's pie with homemade organic jam. I hope to be able to return soon to this place of peace and serenity, near Mondovì, with the ancient Citadel village absolutely worth visiting!
