Guests love it because: near the metro, cheap, in the city center, near the station, the design of the property, very new, shopping area, near the airport, charming property.

Entire accommodation consisting of a spacious double bedroom, living room, kitchenette and bathroom. Bright, quiet and with a beautiful view of the greenery overlooked by two large balconies.

Located near the city center, it is well served by public transport.

The accommodation, 60 square meters and located on the mezzanine floor of the building, is equipped with air conditioning, free Wifi and a television. The double bedroom, where a single bed can be added, has sheets, bedspreads and blankets. In the living room there is a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and is equipped with a stove, with electric oven and gas stove, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans. The bathroom, renovated 2 years ago, is equipped, in addition to the set of towels, with a hair dryer and a washing machine.

The accommodation is located 100 meters from the Park and the historic Villa Tesoriera. At 350 meters there is the RIVOLI Metro station that in a few minutes takes you directly to the Center, to the Porta Nuova and Porta Susa train stations, to the Lingotto Exhibition Area.

Less than 50 meters away you will find an excellent supermarket.

The apartment is very functional, equipped with all comforts, absolutely clean. The owners are caring and very kind. The neighborhood is quiet, well served by public transport, with a supermarket very close. As a base to visit the center of Turin, it is perfect. There is no reserved parking, but it is possible to find a parking spot nearby or on the street near the building. Recommended!

We stayed two nights with five people. The apartment was clean, warm, well-equipped, and very close to the supermarket. It is great for those looking for a quiet neighborhood, outside the historical center, but convenient to services. The owners are caring and attentive. We were very satisfied.

The structure is located in Turin and is managed by a retired husband and wife who live in the same building as the holiday home. There is no internal parking, but the area is well served by public transport, including the Rivoli subway, which is 450 meters away, and the Torino Porta Susa train station, which is 2.3 kilometers away, 17 kilometers from Turin Caselle Airport, and 3 kilometers from the huge Dora Park. In the area, there are several shops and supermarkets, including Borello, on the same street as the holiday home. The house is very well maintained and large enough to have a good holiday. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the kindness of the managers is enormous as they welcome the customer as one of their own. Recommended for those who wish to visit Turin and Piedmont while staying away from the chaos of the city center.

Spacious and clean apartment located 5 minutes walk from the subway station. Welcoming and helpful manager. The only 2 not positive aspects are the passage of airplanes landing at the airport, but you get used to it after the first day, and the lack of parking. You have to be lucky to find a spot in the adjacent streets but this is a problem in all of Turin. Overall, I had a good experience and would return. A highlight is the squirrels that can be seen from the kitchen balcony.

The structure is very clean and essential. The managers are welcoming and helpful. Although breakfast is not provided, we found the availability of coffee, teas, sugar, and some snacks. The structure is very close to the subway, and it is generally easy to find free parking, although on Sunday evening it can be a bit difficult. The neighborhood is peaceful.

I personally stayed at Casa Domitilla between August 29th and September 7th. I really liked the apartment, full of light. There are two balconies from which you can enjoy in complete tranquility the well-kept garden behind.\n\nLina and Giuseppe are ready to answer all the questions you might have and you can easily communicate with them via WhatsApp, very convenient. In the apartment you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay, especially if you are tourists always on the go and eating out.\n\nOne small detail, as far as I am concerned, the TV was a bit small. The entire apartment is still well maintained. You access the apartment from the street through a closed gate that offers a sense of security, especially for a woman traveling alone.\n\nOn the corner there is a supermarket and also a large park. The subway stops are just a few steps away. Thank you, Victoria from the Netherlands.

We had a great time at Giuseppe and Lina's place, they are very kind and helpful. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the linens. The location was convenient for us with young children. Parking available for the stay and public transportation convenient.

The apartment is spacious and welcoming, it is in a great location (ground floor with adjacent green spaces, which provide brightness and privacy), in a quiet suburb well served by public transport. Functional for short tourist stays or even longer ones, for work.
