The lady was very kind and very nice. The room was very nice, well-kept and clean, you didn't suffer from the cold at all. Great location. Convenient parking. I highly recommend it. Breakfast is not included but the lady was so kind as to provide tea and coffee in the room and some food for those who wanted a light breakfast. If someone wanted a croissant and a cappuccino, however, the town has great bars.

Excellent simple and comfortable structure. I would make some changes to breakfast, only toast, cookies and single-portion jam, a bit sad. However, staying only one night, it was not a big problem for us.

Buongiorno, io non servo colazione perché con gli appartamenti attrezzati non mi è concesso farlo. Il cestino che lascio a disposizione con fette biscottate, marmellatine, the, zucchero, caffè, acqua nel frigorifero è puramente un atto di cortesia verso i miei ospiti, mi dispiace che l'abbia trovato "un pò triste". Con 50€ A notte per due persone, più il lettino per il bambino gratis, non credo che si possa pretendere chissà che cosa.
