We found the apartment very charming, centrally located, and with many thoughtful details for guests such as snacks, cooking basics, toiletries, etc. The host is very kind and enthusiastic about advising and helping you make the most of your stay. It was great to be able to use her washing machine, and there's an air conditioner if you need it. Everything was very clean and organized. As it's so centrally located, you can only park the car a little further away (5 minutes to paid parking or 10/15 minutes walk to free parking), so something to bear in mind if you have a lot of luggage. We would recommend this holiday flat as it's very good value for money. Thank you again!

My experience at this accommodation was excellent, exceeding all my expectations from the very first moment. The attention from the hostess was impeccable, always attentive to every detail and willing to help with everything necessary to make our stay perfect. They welcomed us with a unique warmth and always showed genuine interest in our comfort. The space stands out for its comfort and attention to detail. From the rooms, which were perfectly equipped, to the common areas, everything was designed to offer a sense of comfort and luxury. The cleanliness was impeccable, and small touches like the decoration and the courtesy products made the place feel cozy and special. Another strong point is its privileged location, perfect for exploring the surroundings. It is close to the main points of interest and dining, yet in a quiet area, ensuring absolute rest without sacrificing convenience. In summary, this accommodation is an ideal combination of attention, comfort, and excellent location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay. I hope to return soon!

The stay at B & B "Ca' Balenga" was a real pleasure. The excellent location just a few steps from the central train station and in the historic center of Asti, along with the proximity to the main tourist attractions, made the stay a pleasant and unforgettable experience. Mrs. Silvia was helpful, kind, efficient, and ready to recommend places to visit. The accommodation, clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished, is equipped with all comforts. I highly recommend B & B "Ca' Balenga" to anyone traveling to Asti. I will certainly return.
