Our B&B is placed near the Lago Maggiore, rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, in a location with a spectacular view, in the historic heart of the city. "Bellavista-Lago D'Orta" is design with meticulous attention to detail, unique, distinctive style.

Our guests will be able to stroll around the lights and colours of the shopping streets, enjoy local craft products, taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours, take in countless cultural events and unique exhibitions, exploring museums and exhibition areas, wander amid the scents and sounds of the area's many gardens.
Nearby our guests will find several monuments and famous places, sports and fitness centres for working out on holiday, ski resorts for winter sports fans.

The accommodation is a bit old-fashioned. The breakfast is varied. But the owner is very kind and provides good recommendations and is approachable.

Very friendly hotel but very old accommodation. Kitchen not clean at all, the pool not maintained, rusty ladder and no filtration so cloudy water. Old and broken garden furniture (rusty). Musty smell in the house and in the rooms.

Allora, inizio con il dire che i signori il giorno prima volevano cancellare la prnotazione, prendendo come scusa un rientro improvviso... alla mia risposta che avrebbero dovuto pagarmi una penale per le due camere cancellate... il problema mi hanno fatto sapere che il problema era stato risolto! l piscina era talmente mal tenuta che ci sono entrati alle 13 e vi sono stai alle 18. ed continuamente controllata. l'acqua torbida del rubinetto?... a parte che non èaffatto torbida e per quello si riolgano al comune. lecamere sono aerate 24 ore al giorno con le porte finestre dei locali sempre aperte e perquanto riguarda la cucina , a parte che nessuno ha dato loro il permesso di entrarvi, essendo un locale privato, ma proprio perchè è sempre aperta, hanno potuto accedervi. e qui mi fermo.

Le foto della struttura sono chiare sito, come pure la posizione riguardo al lago, guardndo è evidente che non ci troviamo con i piedi nell'acqua, ma in zona piu alta. in base alle foto si può scegliere una struttut ra vicina all'acqua o in zona leggermente piuù in alto...

The managers were really kind and helpful. We had a great time with our 2 dogs. The breakfast is really abundant and varied, with local products.

The location is very beautiful, with a stunning view. The managers were kind both on arrival and departure. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety including croissants, jams, cakes, cold cuts, etc. However, the garden and garden accessories need a bit more care regarding cleanliness and maintenance. I would recommend avoiding a room due to a non-functioning bathroom. The specific room is named "Perla", whose bed is practically almost on the floor. From my experience, the other rooms seem more comfortable. The "Perla" room absolutely needs to be fixed.

Room and bathroom are a bit vintage, lake view, excellent cleanliness, common room with the possibility of using a coffee machine and hot water for tea and herbal teas. Savory breakfast with local cold cuts and cheeses, various brioches, pastries, assorted cakes, cookies, various types of rusks, organic fruit juices. It's hard to find a B&B with such a rich breakfast like at Bellavista. Congratulations to Mrs. Cinzia for the hospitality and for everything we found.

The kindness of Mrs. Lucia is extraordinary, as well as the breakfasts offered: abundant and of very high quality. From the structure on foot you can reach both the Monte Barro cross (for a walk in the woods and to enjoy the view of the lake) and the lakeside and beaches (to cool off in the lake).

The structure is in a panoramic and quiet area, Mrs. Giacinta is very kind, makes you feel at home immediately and is very kind and helpful. The price is excellent and the breakfast is more than abundant, with typical and fresh products.

It was a revelation in every aspect: ease in finding the place, excellent location, perfect reception, kindness and great availability of the managers, comfortable, clean and cozy room, superb breakfast, abundant aperitif, coffee or evening herbal tea.
