Nice and quiet B&B, close to Baveno center and ideal for starting hikes. Lovely terrace with lake view. Good Italian breakfast. \nNice and friendly host.

It is always a pleasure to stop at Villa Oriana. Being close to the city but not too much... enjoy the sunny terrace while being close to the lake and the mountain. It is the ideal place for lovers of walking and Italy! Thank you very much Oriana for your always warm welcome in your corner of paradise. We will be back! Obviously with Coquine (my dog). And don't hesitate... go! You will not be disappointed.

Oriana welcomed us into her plant-filled, well-maintained home. Every morning she served us a breakfast that she naturally adapted to our tastes, which she analyzed from the start. With a separate entrance, our host was discreet. The room is very large with two windows, the bathroom is very clean and functional. In the small living room we had a fridge and various choices of hot drinks available, as well as a coffee maker and excellent coffee. Oriana's villa is located in the village of Baveno, ideal for discovering Lake Maggiore, the Borromean Islands reachable by boat (5 minutes) In short: a total change, the sweetness of life. We highly recommend this B&B to everyone.

Good structure but not recommended for those without a car. Good welcome, cleanliness, and everything in general. Small shower hardly usable for corpulent people. Comfortable bed and quiet environment unless you exclude the barking of a dog nearby that sometimes, especially in the early morning, was quite annoying but not attributable to the structure. Internal temperature sufficient even if before 8 p.m. there was a slight cool feeling, but nothing dramatic, after all, with the current energy crisis, it is understandable that there is a tendency to save a bit and Mrs. Oriana assured that the 20 degrees would be reached anyway. Breakfast in the morning brought to the room by the owner or if preferred left immediately outside in, let's call it a patio, with a hint of a view of the lake. I was saying: the default breakfast could be improved without having to ask for anything as an extra. The savory part is completely absent and there is a lack of at least fresh sweets in the strict sense. The amount of milk is measured in the sense that if one wanted a refill with a little more milk it is not possible as with fruit juice. A water bottle is not provided. In conclusion, breakfast for us Italians who generally are satisfied with cappuccino and croissant can be good but without overdoing it. Overall, as far as I am concerned, my experience in this structure was positive.

Grazie Signor Menna della sua recensione. Volevo solo ribadire che i dolci erano freschi e di pasticceria e non congelati e messi in forno o tantomeno confezionati. Per il latte potevate far presente che ne volevate di più e vi avrei lasciato litri nel frigorifero a vostra disposizione. Per il succo sinceramente ho visto che l'avete sempre avanzato e quindi non capisco.

Really beautiful structure, it's practically a mini-apartment, it only lacks a kitchenette. Very clean and in a strategic position, there is a beautiful terrace for exclusive use from which you can see the lake. The owner is kind and very discreet. Breakfast more than satisfying. Absolutely recommended.

The apartment is modern and comfortable, it has a beautiful front patio with a lake view. The lady is very helpful and the breakfast served in the room is excellent both in terms of convenience and quality. Recommended.

Excellent facility, ideal for occasional stays. The villa is not far from the center and easily accessible. A bit inconvenient if the need is to move on foot due to the lack of pedestrian paths along the access road. Well-kept and tidy equipment. Excellent quality of furnishings, complete with everything necessary. The service is absolutely satisfying.

Grazie signor Donetti della bella recensione. Per accedere a piedi in centro c'è comunque una stradina secondaria percorribile a piedi in 10 minuti e che raggiunge la passeggiata in riva al lago (probabilmente non ha notato per il buio). Spero di rivedervi presto.

Tranquil and panoramic setting with external use of the patio for breakfast outside in the summer, and a view, albeit from a distance, of the lake. Ori Villa Oriana, the owner, is an exquisite person, kind and attentive to her guests. Very clean B&B equipped with every comfort and well furnished; complete towel change every day and daily cleaning of the apartment consisting of a living room, double bedroom and large bathroom, all carefully taken care of. We will definitely come back!

Impeccable service, the property offers all the comforts such as coffee machine, tea and coffee available, abundant Italian breakfast served in the room or on the panoramic terrace. The bathroom is equipped with everything needed to make the stay more enjoyable: shampoo, soaps, creams, hairdryer, etc. The host Oriana is very kind and helpful. I plan to return!

Ottimo B&B con ampi locali e splendida terrazza con vista sul Lago Maggiore. Grazie all'ospitalità della signora Oriana che ci ha consigliato su itinerari e visite del territorio. Inoltre la sua colazione è veramente ricca e buonissima. Posto tranquillo che dista poche centinaia dal lungolago. Lo consiglio a chi vuol visitare queti splendidi posti.
