Nice and quiet B&B, close to Baveno center and ideal for starting hikes. Lovely terrace with lake view. Good Italian breakfast. \nNice and friendly host.

C’est toujours un bonheur de faire escale à la villa Oriana Être proche de la ville mais pas trop ... se délecter de la terrasse ensoleillée tout en étant proche du lac et de la montagne C’est l’endroit idéal pour les amoureux de la marche et de l’Italie! Merci beaucoup Oriana pour votre accueil toujours aussi chaleureux dans votre coin de paradis On reviendra ! Évidemment avec Coquine ( mon Chien) Et n’hésitez pas ... allez y ! Vous ne serez pas déçu ??

Oriana nous a reçu dans sa maison foisonnante de plantes, très bien entretenue. Elle nous a servi chaque matin un petit déjeuner qù'elle a adapté naturellement à nos goûts qù'elle a analysés au premier. Avec une entrée indépendante, notre hôte a fait preuve de discrétion. La chambre est très grande a deux fenêtres, la salle de bain est très propre et fonctionnelle. Dans le petit séjour nous avions à notre disposition un frigo et différents choix de boissons chaudes ainsi qu'une cafetière et un excellent café. La villa d'Oriana se trouve dans le village de Baveno, idéale pour découvrir le Lac Majeur, les Iles Borommées à portées de bateau (5 mn) Bref: un dépaysement total, la douceur de vivre. Nous recommandons vivement à tous ce B&B. Elisabeth et Laurent.

Servizio impeccabile, la struttura offre tutte le comodità come macchina da caffè, tè e caffè a disposizione, colazione all'italiana abbondante servita in camera o sul terrazzo panoramico. Il bagno è attrezzato di tutto quello che serve per fare più piacevole il soggiorno: Shampoo, saponi, creme, fon etc. L' oste Oriana molto gentile e disponibile. Ho intenzione di tornarci!

Good structure but not recommended for those without a car. Good welcome, cleanliness, and everything in general. Small shower hardly usable for corpulent people. Comfortable bed and quiet environment unless you exclude the barking of a dog nearby that sometimes, especially in the early morning, was quite annoying but not attributable to the structure. Internal temperature sufficient even if before 8 p.m. there was a slight cool feeling, but nothing dramatic, after all, with the current energy crisis, it is understandable that there is a tendency to save a bit and Mrs. Oriana assured that the 20 degrees would be reached anyway. Breakfast in the morning brought to the room by the owner or if preferred left immediately outside in, let's call it a patio, with a hint of a view of the lake. I was saying: the default breakfast could be improved without having to ask for anything as an extra. The savory part is completely absent and there is a lack of at least fresh sweets in the strict sense. The amount of milk is measured in the sense that if one wanted a refill with a little more milk it is not possible as with fruit juice. A water bottle is not provided. In conclusion, breakfast for us Italians who generally are satisfied with cappuccino and croissant can be good but without overdoing it. Overall, as far as I am concerned, my experience in this structure was positive.

Grazie Signor Menna della sua recensione. Volevo solo ribadire che i dolci erano freschi e di pasticceria e non congelati e messi in forno o tantomeno confezionati. Per il latte potevate far presente che ne volevate di più e vi avrei lasciato litri nel frigorifero a vostra disposizione. Per il succo sinceramente ho visto che l'avete sempre avanzato e quindi non capisco.

Really beautiful structure, it's practically a mini-apartment, it only lacks a kitchenette. Very clean and in a strategic position, there is a beautiful terrace for exclusive use from which you can see the lake. The owner is kind and very discreet. Breakfast more than satisfying. Absolutely recommended.

L'appartamento è moderno e comodo, ha un bel patio anteriore, vista lago. La signora è molto disponibile e la colazione servita in camera ottima sia come comodità che qualità. Consigliato.

Ottima struttura, ideale per soste occasionali. La villa è poco distante dal centro e facilmente raggiungibile. Un poco scomoda se l'esigenza è di spostarsi a piedi data l'assenza di percorsi pedonali lungo la strada di accesso. Unità in dotazione ben curata e in ordine. Ottima qualità degli arredi, completi di tutto il necessario. Il servizio è assolutamente soddisfacente.

Grazie signor Donetti della bella recensione. Per accedere a piedi in centro c'è comunque una stradina secondaria percorribile a piedi in 10 minuti e che raggiunge la passeggiata in riva al lago (probabilmente non ha notato per il buio). Spero di rivedervi presto.

Contesto tranquillo e panoramico con uso esterno del patio per fare colazione all'esterno d'estate, e vista, seppur da lontano, del lago. Oriana, la prioritaria, è una persona squisita, gentile e piena di attenzioni per i suoi ospiti. B&B molto pulito e dotato di ogni confort e ben arredato; cambio di asciugamani completo ogni giorno e pulizia quotidiana dell'appartamento composto di salotto, camera doppia e ampio bagno, curati in ogni dettaglio. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Posto tranquillissimo con una bella vista lago accoglienza senza la minima pecca, da persone gentili e disponibili. Messi a proprio agio in un locale pulito e ben attrezzato. Viziati a colazione! Complimenti Oriana. Consigliatissimo!

Ottimo B&B con ampi locali e splendida terrazza con vista sul Lago Maggiore. Grazie all'ospitalità della signora Oriana che ci ha consigliato su itinerari e visite del territorio. Inoltre la sua colazione è veramente ricca e buonissima. Posto tranquillo che dista poche centinaia dal lungolago. Lo consiglio a chi vuol visitare queti splendidi posti.
