A very cozy house with 6 rooms. Beautiful views, green territory. Clean, beautiful, tastefully decorated, good breakfast. And very friendly hosts.

I had so much fun. Everyone was extremely nice, the place was clean and offered good value for money.

Lovely family run Italian B&B. Beautiful rooms with lovely views, well equipped with tea and coffee and a fridge. Erica made us feel very welcome and her Papa served us a beautiful breakfast with local honey cheeses and meats. Choices included yogurt, fruit, cereal, breads, croissant, and eggs cooked to order in the style of your choice. There is a lovely local pizzeria in the village of Carpugnino which in itself is picturesque and charming.

We enjoyed our stay. Erika and Nonno are very kind.

Very nice B&B with newly renovated rooms. Friendly hostess. Parking is across the street. One parking space per room. Good breakfast buffet, which is managed by her very friendly father. The location is a bit away from the lake, but quiet! Overall, a highly recommended B&B.

Accommodation very suitable for a multi-day stay. Short drive from the highway; the hotel is located on a raised position on a side street. Stresa and Ille Borromés golf course are a few minutes' drive away. Parking in front of the hotel entrance. 2 restaurants within a 3-minute walk. Beautiful view, small garden with seating area and playground for young children. No elevator; rooms accessible via stairs. Modern, clean, comfortable bed. Very nice hosts; I felt comfortable.

Erika and Dad are great hosts. Everything is perfect. Highly recommended at any time.

The view was beautiful, we even had 2 balconies in our room. It was very well-kept with attention to detail. Erika and her whole family were super friendly, they also helped out during breakfast and we were very impressed by the accommodation, the nice hosts, and the fact that we could find something good and affordable even at the last minute.

I stayed with my husband for two nights. I recommend it for those who want to visit Stresa and the Borromean Islands. It is away from the chaos of Stresa, but in 10 minutes you can easily get there. Erika and her family are wonderful, polite, and friendly hosts. The breakfast is super abundant.

The property has a convenient location for visiting the southern part of Lake Maggiore over a weekend. Spacious, clean rooms. Top breakfast with Mr. Danilo available for geographical and tourist information. The parking is on the street in front of the B&B, reserved for guests. To access the property, you only need to cross the street. Erika was welcoming on the check-in day. Then we did not meet her again. But she is still reachable by phone or message. We had no problems. Within walking distance, there is a trattoria for dinner, and other places accessible by car nearby.

I stayed with my wife at this property for one night. The property is newly renovated and very well maintained in a very convenient location to the highway and near the main points of interest. The room is spacious just enough. The cleanliness is excellent. The included breakfast is varied, abundant, and of good quality. The welcome was excellent both from the manager and from her father who assisted us during breakfast. We will gladly return and I definitely recommend it.

Very clean structure, complete breakfast and welcoming hosts.

The structure is strategically located to visit the most famous locations of Lake Maggiore, spacious and comfortable rooms, spectacular shower in the bathroom. Everything seems recently renovated. Breakfast served in a charming annex, abundant and with fresh products. Erika and her dad always kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

We stayed for one night and we had a great time. You can see that the structure has been recently renovated, the rooms are modern and clean. Erika and her dad Danilo were very welcoming and kind, available for any need. A special thanks to Danilo who made us feel at home! We will definitely enjoy staying here again.

Amazing place a few kilometers from Stresa, managed excellently and perfect in every way. Very well renovated and everything impeccable. The details make the difference, from the candies on the bedside table to the water available in the fridge. Many renowned hotels should learn from establishments like this.

If I could, I would give 100 out of 100. We traveled 1000 km to visit Lake Maggiore and I could not have chosen a better accommodation. The location is strategic, with a bit of patience you can reach everywhere (we even went to Locarno). The breakfast is really abundant; my daughter, who is celiac, could have a proper breakfast. Mr. Danilo, Erika's father, deserves a special mention for how kind and helpful he is. Great job Erika, keep it up; if we come back to your area, we will definitely stay with you.

On vacation with my wife Chiara. It's hard to talk about a structure without mentioning its managers. Erika is a woman/mother endowed with care, discipline, and aesthetic sense of anthology. The dad Danilo who takes care of breakfast in the morning has a commendable welcome and communicative skills. Everything perfect, super clean and artistic. I was worried about the attic accommodation because of the heat these days, but the ultra-modern and silent air conditioner in the room provided excellent comfort. Regarding Erika's 'hatmaker', I would tip my hat (adding a sober bow...) THANK YOU.
