Offers everything you need for a short independent stay in the Cuneo area. The kitchen corner is new and includes a refrigerator, microwave, and electric hobs plus all essential cooking utensils for simple cooking. Very clean. Spacious bathroom with ample shower. Hostess very hospitable and kind. Shall certainly choose to stay here again.

I stayed from 3 to 7 October 2022. The room is actually a mini apartment with a kitchenette, microwave, and refrigerator, dishes and a table for two people as well as a private bathroom. Parking is very easy and under the arcades of Corso Giolitti there are several shops. So for me the ultimate in comfort. Excellent cleanliness, very low price for the level of the structure, elegant and in the city center.

Courtesy and kindness from Mrs. Elena, Dated structure but well distributed and functional spaces. The lack of breakfast is compensated by the possibility of using the kitchen and everything needed for breakfast. Appreciable the oven adjacent to the entrance of the structure with fresh and delicious croissants.

Fantastic room, very spacious, warm, a real studio apartment equipped with everything (microwave, fridge, sink, stove, dishes). The lady who welcomed us and manages the property is very kind and helpful. In the center, a stone's throw from the station. Great for those who need a support for work reasons, even for several days.

I was really satisfied, everything clean and tidy, very comfortable beds and well-heated room. The lady manager is a truly exquisite person, if I happen to return to Cuneo I will not fail to return to this property.

B&B with excellent and functional location for those who stop in Cuneo for a few days. Welcoming owner, excellent cleanliness and rooms in line with what is presented on the website. Good value for money.
