Quiet, well located, welcomed with a smile and generosity. A nice stop between Turin and Milan, peaceful and near a lake.

We greatly enjoyed our family stay at AI30 Studios. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and very well appointed. The inner courtyard with its lovely terrace for gathering for breakfast or during the day and the magnificent view of the lake also helped make our stay very pleasant. But above all, we want to praise the kindness of Stefania, Francesco, and their daughter. Their thoughtful and warm welcome made us feel at home during those three days. A big thank you to them. We recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

We had a really great time. Francesco and Stefania welcomed us with great kindness, making us feel from the start like welcome guests rather than mere clients. The room was clean, cool and comfortable, but what made the stay special was above all the atmosphere. After dinner they invited us to spend the evening in the courtyard, with cold beer and fruit just picked from the garden, together with the other guests and some neighbors. In a short time it felt like being with family or long-time friends, sharing chats and laughter. The masterstroke came as midnight approached, with a spaghetti aglio, olio and chili prepared to give a Dutch guest the "full Italian experience". A simple, spontaneous and really fun moment. More than just a night in a B&B, it was a lovely experience of hospitality. One of the memories we will take with us from the Cammino di Oropa. Thanks to Francesco, Stefania and their daughter Ginevra.

A pleasant surprise. There were promising signs, but reality definitely satisfied us. Beautiful apartment, well furnished. Wonderful view. It's a pity we only stayed one night.

We stayed in Viverone for two days at this beautiful B&B. The apartment is large, newly renovated and spotlessly clean. The property also has a lovely garden and a view of the splendid Lake Viverone. It is ideal for those who want to enjoy the lake, the Oropa trail and a few days with family immersed in nature and tranquility. The owners are fantastic; let them recommend activities to do in the area (a lake tour by e-bike is a must!). Highly recommended.

Very nice place and Mrs. Stefania, the owner, is very friendly and very professional. I will definitely return.
