A really well-kept place.

The environment is very well-kept and comfortable. I was assisted and welcomed very kindly by the owner. The property is located in a very quiet and private area. Very clean with every comfort and service. I will return.

We stayed at this B&B for only one night and I must say that we felt great. Excellent cleanliness, the manager was helpful. Clean linen. We will definitely return as soon as we are in the area.

The place is very clean, spacious, and welcoming. Too bad about the breakfast.

I highly recommend it.

The structure is wonderful in every way, such as setup, cleanliness, room amenities, quietness of the place, the bathroom is very comfortable and spacious just like the room itself. Comfortable beds, I rested and slept very well. The view is wonderful, access is easy and convenient even for those arriving by motorcycle like me. The host was very helpful and friendly, welcoming me even beyond the agreed arrival time. For breakfast, I give a 9 because I have obviously seen more sumptuous ones in other places, I understand some comments that may have been made by other guests but, for me it was sufficient and pleasant in any case, upon waking up you need a good coffee, something to eat and then maybe go for a more substantial breakfast in the center, I usually do this so I appreciated the simple DIY breakfast that included the right amount, also in relation to the price paid for the room. I will definitely know where to stay during my next adventure in the Campobasso area, leaving the motorcycle safe as well.

The structure is modern, clean, welcoming and with all comforts. Located less than a kilometer from the industrial area and 5 minutes from the center of Campobasso. The owner, Mr. Nicola, is a very kind and helpful person, he makes you feel at home. Absolutely recommended.

Very spacious and clean place, very convenient, the owner is very kind.

Great solution a little out of the way compared to the historic center of Campobasso but it is still worth it.

Excellent structure a bit off-center, but for those who travel by car, it is a very good solution.

Beautiful structure, elegant, heated and very well taken care of in the details. Maximum cleanliness and great courtesy of the managers, friendly and very helpful. Excellent the possibility of parking the car in the courtyard just a few steps from the front door. The only flaw, which we are sure will be solved, are the mattresses... a bit really uncomfortable, too soft.
