Beautiful place.

The place was great. Maurice was very kind and explained everything. The bed and room were super clean, the breakfast very complete and the view of the sea was superb! It is an amazing place to spend at least a few days.

We had very nice and relaxing days at this wonderful B&B! The host was very friendly and provides very good tips. The accommodation is very clean and is cleaned every morning. The location is very beautiful, however, I would not recommend it without a car.

Beautiful property. We spent a week at this B&B. The owner, Maurizio, was extremely helpful with his tips and pointers. Sandra was also very kind in welcoming us and impeccable in managing the rooms. A B&B to absolutely recommend.

Accurate structure in every detail. The unbeatable jacuzzi with a view of the sea. Fantastic! Not to mention the breakfast, plentiful and delicious. Maurizio is a helpful and kind person. Excellent value for money. We will definitely come back.

Maurizio managed to create a paradise from a small piece of cliff where you can relax and enjoy the view while respecting privacy. Breathtaking view from Maiella to Tremiti with sunrises and sunsets you wouldn't want to miss. Kindness and availability then to top it all off. Well done.

Stay of three very pleasant nights. Perfect relaxation, excellent cleanliness, great breakfast. Maurizio, the owner, is always attentive and takes care of every detail. We had a problem with the car and he did not hesitate to provide us with 360-degree assistance, also giving us a contact of a trusted mechanic. He knows his land very well and offers many suggestions for visits in the surroundings, as well as a wide list of excellent restaurants.

Excellent in everything and Maurizio super kind, truly deserves all my approval.

Unforgettable week at the VistaMare B&B in Petacciato. Very bright and clean room with a spectacular view of the magnificent hills and sea of Petacciato; abundant and healthy breakfast; clean outdoor space with a super whirlpool bath and various areas to sunbathe and relax. Spectacular location! Fantastic staff! A regenerating holiday that stays in your heart.

Just returned from a splendid week in Petacciato, guests of the B&B VistaMare, a fantastic gem among the hills of the town with a breathtaking view. If you are looking for a vacation full of relaxation and romance, you are in the ideal place. This fantastic B&B has a perfect location, both for the splendid sea view and because it is located a few minutes away not only from the beautiful beaches of Marina di Petacciato, but also from the characteristic village, where you will find everything you need... from the minimarket to the fruit and vegetable shop, from the baker to the pharmacy. Kindness and courtesy will welcome you, both inside the village and from the B&B manager, Maurizio, who deserves credit for creating this beautiful and very comfortable structure, as well as for assisting guests in organizing their vacation. Modern and well-furnished rooms, welcoming and super clean, which in COVID times is really essential. Ultra-comfortable bathroom, shower included, with really excellent body products provided. If I have to make some observations, I would recommend adding a slightly more spacious wardrobe, because the one in the room might be fine for those staying one or two nights. We stayed for a week and kept our clothes in the suitcase, but I repeat, only if I have to find something wrong, because it really was a perfect vacation and we had all the comfort we were looking for. The breakfast was also good and plentiful, perhaps to be varied a bit, but still perfect. Last but not least, a special thanks goes to Sandra, who cheered us up with her friendliness during our breakfasts and to whom credit is due for the perfection and cleanliness of the rooms. We will definitely come back!

Everything perfect and indeed I gave 10 to all the aspects; especially it is necessary to compliment the owner of the structure who has shown competence and love for his own region. Only two small shadows that do not affect all the 10 ratings: the room slightly small and the price above average. I have traveled throughout Italy always using b and b structures and honestly such a high price I have never paid even in the most expensive period of the year. However, I repeat two small shadows and all 10 are well deserved.

The B&B VistaMare is truly enchanting, the breathtaking view, the rooms, the breakfast, the loving and attentive care of Signora Sandra, everything perfect for a couple's vacation in the wonderful Molise.

We stayed at this B&B after mid-July, we had a great time, room with a magnificent view over the whole coast. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, this is the right place. We had started with the intention of spending some time at the sea and some time on tours discovering the beauties of Molise, but in the end we only went to the sea and relaxed! One more reason to return to see what we haven't seen! Maurizio is an excellent host, always helpful and kind! Thanks for everything.

Beautiful location, with breathtaking views of the coast and spectacular sunsets and sunrises. Modern room with all the comforts. Exquisite, varied and abundant breakfast, with very courteous staff. Maximum attention to the customer and maximum availability for services (e.g. providing a beach umbrella) or information on things to see and do.

Lovely place in a super panoramic position: in the countryside, at about 250 meters altitude, with a spectacular sea view. Brand new rooms furnished with taste, as well as the terraced garden full of flowers and plants. A feast for the eyes! The manager is also very nice, he didn't let us miss anything and pleasantly entertained us by talking about this beautiful land that is Molise.

Only by going there can you understand the beauty of the place and its spectacular view! The only flaw is the lack of a suitable wardrobe as the room is not large, but when you go out to the terrace you will forget about it.

Lovely place with superb sea view. \nThe gaze embraces the entire coastline from Vasto to Termoli, not forgetting the Gargano and the Tremiti islands in the distance. \nTo this is added the peace of the place, enhanced by the excellent soundproofing of the room. Everything is simple but cared for in detail, from the equipped garden to terraces, complete with a panoramic whirlpool tub, to the clean and simple yet refined room. \nGreat breakfast and, last but not least, Maurizio, the owner, welcomes you warmly and is always ready to give advice or help you in every way. Truly a beautiful place to spend a few days of vacation serenely, perhaps, like us, discovering the lesser-known beauties of Molise.

I stayed at the property for 5 nights between late August and September 2020. I highly recommend it, excellent location with superb views from Termoli adriatica to Vasto. Maurizio filled us with useful addresses to satisfy any culinary and leisure needs. The lady who brought us breakfast immediately puts you in a good mood to start the day off right. A little gem with a spectacular view. Congratulations to the always kind owner, he transmits with great passion the value and beauty of his land.

Exceptional from every point of view.

It would deserve a score of 11 out of 10 for cleanliness, view, structure, and the kindness of the manager. Superlative breakfasts.

Very kind manager both in booking and during the stay, very clean, modern and beautiful room, with everything needed, including air conditioning. The bidet is missing but there is a special shower next to the toilet to serve the same function, as well as a spacious and clean shower. From the structure there is a wonderful view over the entire gulf (on clear days the tremors are also visible), a small outdoor whirlpool in the green, from which to refresh enjoying a splendid panorama. Small private patio outside the room where a fresh breakfast is served, with cakes prepared artisanally, fruit, yogurt, tomato bruschetta, fresh orange juice and other delicacies. The only small "flaw" is a slight smell of humidity in the room which is immediately forgotten considering the beauty of everything else. Parking space in the square in front. We hope to return!

Fantastic panorama and location, bright rooms equipped with every comfort, efficiency and courtesy in the reception, abundant breakfast with fruits and homemade pastries. Guests are pampered in every way.

New, well-kept, and beautifully finished structure in the greenery and aromatic plants, the structure enjoys a truly beautiful panoramic view. The room is small but comfortable, excellent wifi, no parking problems. This Residenza is well connected with a comfortable and well-finished bathing establishment Eva in Marina di Petacciato. Good and abundant morning breakfast, always preceded by a large glass of fresh orange juice. Suggestion: breakfast perhaps to be varied, if possible, a bit more on the savory side for medium-long stays. However, all is well. Price adequate to the quality. Highly recommended.

Lovely place! Very kind owner and equally friendly staff! The property is very close to the beach (umbrella agreement with the equally beautiful Lido Eva). We will be back soon!

From the given rating, I believe there are few words. I stayed for work only a couple of days but I highly recommend to anyone and for any situation to stay at the 'Residenza B&B VistaMare'.
