We absolutely loved our stay and felt so welcome. We were given suggestions to see the local attractions that did not disappoint. I could not fault this property the host was outstanding!!!! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay.

The room was spotless, cool and quiet despite the pub below (with which, incidentally, there is an agreement). The bathroom still smelled of bleach and the room felt fresh. Mrs Mariacarmela is very friendly and welcoming and has a great love for detail and for the history of Termoli. We will happily return!

We were warmly welcomed by the hostess, who showed us places to visit and told us about the history of Termoli. The room, with original furnishings, was clean and quiet. Excellent stay even though short.

Property slightly set back, but thanks to this it is far from traffic and city noise. We chose to reach both the historic center and the beaches by car, but I think that in fifteen minutes on foot you can already reach the free beach of Rio Vivo, while in half an hour you can get to the historic center of Termoli, which is truly a little gem. Mrs. Mariacarmela is a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful. She pointed out places to visit and also gave us advice about parking in town. Unfortunately we stayed only two days, but we absolutely recommend the property. P.S. Under the rooms there is a pizzeria/restaurant that I recommend for the uniqueness of the dishes and the beer. In short: worth trying.

Ci fa piacere che abbiate notato la vicinanza (anche se avete preferito l'auto!) al centro storico, che è davvero una "chicca". Great structure, managed with care and love by the owner. Ideal location just a few minutes by car from the center, there is also a large supermarket next door. You can also access a restaurant just behind the B&b, the food is excellent.

Everything is excellent, unique and welcoming rooms that reflect the love the owner has for her work and her land. Each room represents a historical and cultural reason of Termoli that Carmela illustrates with great passion. In the same building, there is the restaurant run by her brother that offers pizzas and quality dishes at an excellent price-quality ratio.
