Excellent! Fantastic. We had a more than perfect stay at every level.\n\nThe owners are very attentive and helpful. We were satisfied with the warm welcome that Silvana and Franco reserved for us, kind and admirable people.\n\nVery nice decorated room, cleanliness is impeccable, breakfast is plentiful, with quality homemade products.\n\nThe property is quiet, reserved, located near the sea, the city center, highways, the countryside, many small villages.\n\nVery good value for money.\n\nWe will keep a very good memory of our visit and highly recommend it.

Great structure and manager. Unfortunately, breakfast (cappuccino + croissant) must be consumed at a bar 1 km away from the property. The price could therefore be lower.

Everything perfect, we chose this Bed and Breakfast because it was halfway through a long planned trip and close to the A14 motorway exit. Outside the area is not the best but once inside the gate you can see a well-kept structure immersed in greenery. Excellent, highly recommended.

Highly recommended because it's close to the highway exit of Termoli and very convenient to reach southern Italy. The property is very charming and well taken care of by the very kind owners. Beautiful rooms.

I stayed with my husband at this property for 4 nights, and I must say that the choice couldn't have been better: first for the location, easy to find as it is very close to the highway exit and yet very quiet and peaceful, secondly just a few minutes from the center of Termoli and its beaches. The rooms are one more beautiful than the other, furnished with excellent taste by Mrs. Silvana who pays great attention to the smallest details and very clean. What can I say about the breakfasts: excellent and plentiful. Silvana is a great pastry chef, she delighted us every morning with various types of sweets and cookies prepared by her, of which we still feel nostalgic. In all this, she is assisted by her husband, who is very helpful and kind. Definitely a place to recommend and possibly return to. Thank you again.

Perfect B&B. Very kind and welcoming staff, and Silvana is excellent in making sweets. Perfect location, just a minute from the highway exit. Wonderful place, fantastic garden, and pet-friendly. I stayed one night with my two dogs and we had a wonderful time.

We stayed at this splendid accommodation a few days ago. The location is optimal as it is located at the highway exit and a few kilometers from Termoli. The management is family-run, well-kept, and the owners very kind. They made us feel right at home. Good breakfast with products prepared by Mrs. Silvana. We had the pleasure of staying one night in this magnificent facility. Mrs. Silvana and her husband were extremely caring in everything, pampering us with a very rich homemade breakfast by Mrs. better than that of a 5-star Resort! Room and location out of a thousand and one nights, all carefully detailed, excellent cleaning. No effort to find the way without a navigator. Even our Labrador thanks for the courtesy, kindness, and hospitality! Excellent value for money.

Excellent location at the highway exit. Very nice and comfortable structure. Mrs. Silvana is very kind. We found an excellent and abundant breakfast. The lady even prepared a gluten-free cake for our celiac daughter. We will definitely come back.

From a random booking while browsing the internet, we found warmth, kindness, and courtesy from Mrs. Silvana, who welcomed us with friendliness, hospitality, and an unforgettable smile. The well-maintained and clean structure offers comfortable rooms, and how can we forget the cakes available for breakfast and also for a guilty pleasure before going to bed. My husband and I stayed one night to break up the trip to Salento. The location very close to the highway was essential for us. The property is very nice and quiet, and Silvana is truly kind and attentive to all guests. I highly recommend it even to those who need to spend a few days in the area as a base for sleeping.

The paradise! Welcomed by Silvana, the manager, with a warm smile. New, very clean, tidy and tastefully furnished environments, with particular attention to color combinations. All the rooms are different from each other. Abundant and very varied breakfast (fresh fruit, juices, toasted bread, hot drinks, very fresh pastries..) served on the veranda. A truly relaxing place, ideal for both a short stop and longer stays.

It happens to see photos and then not to find the place one believed to be there, but this is not the case. Staying here was perfect, we found maximum friendliness and availability from the managers. The room and, in general, the common areas are welcoming and very clean. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to enjoy the garden, but we will make up for it next month because we will definitely return there.
