It's newly constructed, with a nice bathroom and a balcony. It's within walking distance from the beach and a 10-minute walk from the center.

The property is conveniently located near the highway exit. The room is very clean and tastefully furnished, with very comfortable mattresses for sleeping. There is also a minibar in the room with drinks. Margherita and Michele are very hospitable and make you feel at home. They are always available before, during and even after the trip. It is rare to find such warm hospitality.

Very friendly, impeccably clean. I would have the cleaning and towel change done at least once every three days. Otherwise, I recommend it to everyone.
