Absolutely everything is positive. The kindness of Matteo and his parents, the completely new room, really beautiful as well as well soundproofed, the location, even if it is not in the center of Sant'Elpidio, is excellent in relation to the sea and the ability to reach many other destinations. We felt great about everything. We will definitely return.

New, clean and very beautiful structure. The owners, simple and kind people, gave us all the information we needed and also knew how to recommend nice places to eat well. For us, it remains a reference point for when we return to those areas.

One of the best Bed and Breakfasts ever visited. Cleaning, courtesy, and very high-level attention. Very large and super-equipped rooms, carefully detailed, a very nice private outdoor space where you can park your car safely and stay outdoors, very convenient even when traveling with children. The owners are always available and ready to meet every request in the best way possible, you can see that they care a lot.

Excellent structure, very clean, equipped with internal parking, excellent welcome from the manager Matteo, ideal location to break the journey from Milan to Salento. It is located near the highway entrance, but in a peripheral area. The decent breakfast is served in a nearby bar. For dinner, there are some affiliated restaurants where you can get a small discount.

Spacious room, we comfortably stayed in 5, recently renovated, everything new, very clean. The owner extremely kind. Close to the railway, but it was not a problem for us, we slept without hearing any noise.

A perfect week. The location is great, the sea is within walking distance in a few minutes. Modern room equipped with every comfort, despite the proximity to the railway the room is well soundproofed and also the cleanliness always impeccable. Excellent breakfast at the affiliated bar. The owners are truly golden people, they made us feel at home, very kind and available for any information or courtesy request. Their welcome and kindness is definitely their strength. Highly recommended.

New structure, even better than how it is presented in photos, very friendly and helpful owners, ready to provide information also about the surroundings and places to visit. Not far from the sea and an excellent base from which to discover the beautiful Marche hinterland.

We stayed one night at this wonderful WelcHome B&B, completely renovated with high-quality finishes and equipped with all comforts, it is very close to the sea. The owners are helpful and very kind. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through Porto Sant'Elpidio.

My girlfriend and I stayed more for work than for vacation, but we immediately felt very good, and we found maximum availability from the managers for our needs, and for all three days everything was perfect, the location is great and at the same time it is a few steps from the seafront. Furthermore, the structure was very clean and everything was impeccable. We will definitely prefer it if we were to go back there!

We stayed for one night, for the first of May. Beautiful and very comfortable room, new and very well furnished. The manager was very helpful and friendly, and there was a cute little gift for the guests. For breakfast, we went to a bar nearby, with a voucher for the consumption. Excellent value for money. We will certainly return with pleasure.
