We spent a fantastic six days at the accommodation.The villa is very beautiful and the service is exceptionally high-quality and friendly.The breakfast was unforgettable.

Very sweet house (villa is not an understatement!) with an extremely caring host who runs the B&B with real passion. During summer, breakfast can be enjoyed in the garden, plates vary from day to day and are freshly prepared by the host. Rooms are very thoughtfully equipped (there are blinds to block the sun in the morning) and spacious. Parking around the block is free. We fully enjoyed our time there!

The best accommodation and host on our recent trip to Italy. Giuseppe was the ideal host, nothing too much trouble and his breakfasts were excellent, which we enjoyed in his garden under blue skies. He has a beautiful home with several attractive features and lovely artworks that are personal treasures for him. Many thanks for looking after us.

Charm and comfort. The owner Giuseppe (Pino) has equipped this charming Villa Liberty B&B with modern comforts without compromising its authentic style. We stayed in a generous room with a luxurious bathroom. Assistant Mariola provided a tasty breakfast every morning. Parking is available on the street without any problems. With the available bikes, you can be in the lively historic centre of Fano or at one of the beachfront lidos in no time.

That bed and breakfast is a cute hidden gem with a lovely host. If we should be back in Fano one day, we'll certainly go back again to the Villa Liberty - no doubt!

Everything perfect! It is an old house, very beautiful. The owners are very kind, a lovely elderly couple, very attentive. Breakfast is amazing, delicious homemade cake, freshly squeezed orange juice, great coffee, cold and hot milk, fruit, yogurts, you name it! Wifi works very well. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended.

Besides being very conveniently located, the property is very well cared for and maintained. The room is functional, with antique furnishings, and the bathroom is brand new and very comfortable. This is the second year we have stayed at Villa Liberty. It is a very well-kept villa, a 10-minute walk from both the sea and the town center. Mr. Pino is very friendly, attentive to guests' needs and professional; he is very pleasant to talk to. The breakfast is really great. The room is spacious and clean. I highly recommend it.

Our vacation at Villa Liberty was excellent. We chose to travel by train and it was nice to discover that the villa is within walking distance from the train station and is located in an elegant neighborhood of Fano, just a few steps from the historic center. The beaches are also conveniently reachable. Upon our arrival, which we confirmed by phone shortly before, the owner welcomed us by accompanying us to the room and kindly explaining the history, features, and services available at the villa, and he was always very helpful throughout our stay. The room combines the originality of the antique furnishings with the modernity and functionality of the services: fantastic shower, comfortable bed, view of the garden and the quiet tree-lined street. The breakfast, served at the table in the beautifully maintained garden during those days, was always of high quality and original in its combination of savory and sweet. The additional services we used (bike rental, beach spot) contributed to making our stay varied and pleasant. Highly recommended.

We had a pleasant stay during a day hospital visit. The structure was very convenient as it is close to the hospital and the city center. The owner is a very kind person and the stay was very enjoyable.

We stayed only 1 night but it was enough to appreciate the passion of Mr. Giuseppe in managing Villa Liberty B&B, not only from the guest's welcome and the care and cleanliness of the room equipped with a bed with excellent pillows and a mattress from a star hotel, a large shower, quality courtesy products, with the use of bathrobe and slippers, but above all from the offer of a superb breakfast both savory and sweet prepared by him at the moment. The structure retains the Liberty charm both outside and inside, the bathrooms are spacious and modern. Breakfast varies every day and consists of tasty tastings of fresh local products, fruit and the classic croissant but always accompanied by fresh jams, all served with care and attention to details in the comfortable garden or in the large indoor lounge. Finally a real Bed and Breakfast, with the host welcoming you very warmly into his home and engaging in conversation with you, especially in the morning, after preparing a rich and well-kept breakfast for you, served on a carefully set and stylish table with a different surprise every morning, prepared by the host himself. Adhering to Covid precautions, the owner left nothing to be desired, creating a friendly and family-like yet equally professional atmosphere. The room where we stayed (recommended to choose the two larger ones out of the three available) has an excellent and comfortable bed, equipped with all the accessories of a top-notch hotel (it was very much appreciated to have, in addition to bath linen, also a bathrobe), the recently renovated bathroom and the room furnished with antique furniture, which, in line with the decor of the entire villa, creates a charming atmosphere. The cleanliness of the room (and of the structure in general) is perfect (I didn't find any dust even in some usually critical spots, like on top of the wardrobes or the higher shelves). By booking through Bed and Breakfast, you can also have a parasol and two sunbeds at a competitive price compared to what you would pay directly at the beach, which is reachable within a 10 to 15-minute walk. The beach where you can get the parasol is well-kept, elegant, and refined. The center is also reachable within a maximum of 15 minutes on foot, both from the villa and the beach. I recommend it for a stay in this splendid town of Fano, from which historically and naturally extraordinary places such as the city of Urbino, the village of Gradara, or the Furlo Gorge are easily accessible, just to name a few.

Mr. Giuseppe is uniquely available, always attentive to every need, exceptional welcome, rich and varied breakfast, clean environment. I highly recommend.

In a Bed and Breakfast one goes for tourism, for business, sometimes out of necessity. Our trip was of the 'third type'. I can say that we were lucky to find managers like Giuseppe and Maria Emanuela, present and at the same time discreet as few: they welcomed us very well, picking us up at the station and also taking us elsewhere on their own initiative, and their sincere and generous courtesy was a pleasantly unexpected touch. Speaking of the property, Villa Liberty B&B is a very well-kept structure with an adjoining garden. It is located in a quiet and reserved street, close to the center of Fano and at the same time a few hundred meters from the beaches, and has, a few hundred meters away, the Station, Hospital, and various services. Many renowned dining places in Fano are also very close: we tried on the advice of Giuseppe the pizzeria Bella Napoli and the Osteria della Peppa, remaining more than satisfied with the food, service, and prices (the stay did not take place in high season). Moving on to our room, the Klimt, we liked it a lot: charming without being pretentious, with delightful details (I personally liked the carpets very much), a large and comfortable bed, many amenities (TV, kettle, herbal teas, etc.) and a spacious, comfortable bathroom finished with extreme care. Access is via stairs, so those who have problems in that regard should take it into account. Finally, regarding breakfast, Mrs. Maria Emanuela surprised us with an artistic tart, excellent to say the least, Villa's orange-pressed, very soft croissants, yogurt, probiotics, seasonal fruit, coffee and more. My wife and I can only thank you, dear Giuseppe and Maria Emanuela, it was a real pleasure to 'meet' you and I hope that you too have been happy to have us as guests.

The structure is in a nice location not far from the center, the sea, and the station, you can get there with a 'walk'. The area is very quiet.

My husband and I stayed for a 9-day relaxing holiday and excursions in the surroundings. Villa Liberty B&B beautiful, cared for in every detail, welcoming and elegant, located in an excellent position for walks towards the historic center and towards the sea. The owners Giuseppe and Emanuele are exceptional and kind people, and equally exceptional are the breakfast cakes made by Emanuela and the fruit extracts by Giuseppe. What can I say, couldn't have found better than this.

I stayed at Villa Liberty with my wife and son and the stay was more than satisfying, starting from the friendliness and availability of the managers Pino and Lela (whom I warmly greet), to the location in a quiet place but 5 minutes from the center and the station, to the cleanliness, the service and finally to the excellent and abundant breakfast with homemade cakes and pastries. What else to say? Definitely a place to come back to.

The structure is located in a quiet area of Fano about 600 meters from the historic center easily reachable on foot. The room with bathroom is well air-conditioned and quiet, the furniture is from the early twentieth century but the mattress is modern and comfortable. There is a double bed and a single bed, a television, an air conditioner, and a minibar. The managers are very friendly, nice, and Mrs. Emanuela prepares excellent sweets served for breakfast; breakfasts are always plentiful and different for sweets every day. Savory breakfasts are also available but being greedy as we are, we opted for the classic breakfast: milk, coffee, pastries, toast, and even homemade jams. The room is cleaned every day and the bathroom linen is changed every two days. Our stay was 4 days and I must say that we were really comfortable and this justifies the overall judgment.

Perfect stay, Mrs. Lella and her husband are a fantastic couple, you can feel in the air the pleasure they have in sharing their beautiful home with the guest. They are available and always ready to give directions and tips on how to experience Fano and its surroundings. Excellent breakfast. Recommended, we will be back soon. Tina and Mimmo.

We turned to Villa Liberty B&B for a one-night stay. Despite the short stay, we immediately noticed that the owners have the ability to put the customer at ease with simplicity and human warmth. Room and bathroom very nice and clean. For breakfast, excellent and abundant, Mr. Giuseppe and Mrs. asked in advance if there were any particular needs regarding the food to be served. Positive experience.

My friend Cristina and I stayed 3 nights at this establishment. We had a great time; the owners are really kind, sociable, and very helpful. During this stay, we lacked nothing. The structure is located in a great position, 300 m from the station, close to the hospital, 500 m from the center, and in just 3 minutes of walking, you reach the beach. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast is really very good and abundant. Delicious Mrs. Emanuela's brioches, cookies, cakes. We were sorry to leave the place and also the owners who welcomed us with open arms. We recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few days in Fano in a relaxing atmosphere. I also personally hope to be able to return soon.

First of all, I apologize to Mr. Giuseppe for delaying 3 months for this review, then I thank him very much for the two days he and his wife allowed us to spend! We stayed as a couple, 21 and 23 years old, and we can only recommend Villa Liberty B&B in every aspect: - Reception: you can see the passion of the manager, the pleasure in hosting, the desire to make guests feel good, the availability... in short, you can tell when a person works out of passion and not out of duty! - Location: very close to the historic center, about ten minutes walk from the sea, only 3 if you go by bike, and just ask to have it for free and perfectly functional! - Breakfast: I can't complain, the first morning I raided the table under the shocked gaze of my girlfriend (I even ate her things). All fresh and very good food! - Building: nice style, particular, furnished with style, very clean rooms with private en-suite bathroom 100% approved (I was just there for a shower after the sea and to sleep, I found nothing to complain about)! I can only recommend the structure to everyone, really great price and excellent staff. Coming home in the evening at 23 and finding Mr. Giuseppe in his office makes you understand how much he loves his work. He told us that he counted the steps from home to some private beaches to see which one was the best for the customers, what can I say, thank you from the bottom of our hearts to you and your wife Giuseppe! I have known Fano since I was a little girl, but it had been a long time since I last visited. I usually stayed with relatives, but this year it was not possible. I chose somewhat randomly based on the proximity to the historic center and the appearance. The building is very beautiful, in Liberty style, like many in the city, just outside the historic center in a narrow sense, but close to the walls of Sangallo, in a quiet area. The two managers are kind people with the typical kindness of the people of Fano, always open and hospitable, the house is delightful because it is a lived-in home, not a sad and makeshift guesthouse like many in Rome. The breakfast served with homemade pie and smiles, the quiet place where you rest very well. In short, everything is perfect: the house is very close to the train station, there is plenty of parking space. I will return.

The location is strategic, close to the station and the historic center. The owners of the property are very kind, polite, and attentive to everything. It feels like being with family but at the same time, utmost discretion prevails. Liberty-style rooms, the style must be appreciated of course, very well furnished, spotlessly clean, and functional. TV, Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, minibar, super comfortable beds, spacious wardrobes, and a very nice sitting area in the room. Bathroom separated from the room, brilliant solution! Breakfast in the morning is at a 5-star hotel level, meticulously curated by the owners attentive to every request. It would be fantastic if there was a lunch or dinner service, maybe prepared with zero-cost products provided directly by the managers. Who knows, maybe an idea not to be underestimated to make this "Villa Liberty" even more special and to stand out from everything else. Thank you for making me spend a few intense days of life and for making me feel almost like "One of the family". Congratulations to you.

Ten out of ten. The villa is located 400 m from the historic center and the train station (5 minutes on foot) and 900 m from the sea (10 minutes on foot) in an elegant semi-central neighborhood: we parked the car on arrival and took it back when leaving. The room is large, very bright, and has excellent bed frame and mattress. The breakfast is sumptuous: panna cotta, crème caramel, cakes, croissants, sandwiches, etc., all prepared (overnight) by Emanuela; coffee is served at the table with us in the classic Bialetti. Payment is made on arrival by credit card, receipt at the end of the stay. Pino and Lela are generous with advice and always available without invading privacy. They know how to do their job. Thank you!

A manual B&B. This villa, located in a beautiful residential area of Fano, is the prototype of a true B&B. That's why. The couple of owners live in the property and offer continuous and caring assistance, but always discreet. It is a beautiful large house, real, not born or built or furnished to be the usual fake B&B or 'Aiazzone Luxury'! The suites are only 2 very large, bright, equipped with very comfortable beds, many comforts and large bathrooms; we chose the Liberty because we like the authentically vintage decor. However, more than a bed, this is a breakfast! In fact, the large walnut table in the living room is loaded with all kinds of goodies, almost all prepared instantly by the managers; we particularly like the basket of fresh fruit, Emanuela's Sacher Torte and the coffee that is brought to the table in the classic Moka Bialetti. And during breakfast the owners ask us if everything is to our liking, or if we want cold cuts and cheeses... Plus, a nice music (Ella Fitzgerald) softly continues to lull us... We reluctantly leave the table, to take the bikes, made available by Villa Liberty, and wander a bit to the Center (500 m) and then to the sea (1000 m). They accept payments by credit card and debit card, provide a regular receipt at the end of the stay, drive us to the train station: great professionalism and exquisite sense of hospitality. This, people, is a B&B! See you soon, for sure.

I stayed with my girlfriend for 4 days, I must say that from a non-hotel it's hard to expect better. Spacious room and bathroom, daily cleaning, abundant breakfast and a location close to every need. Moreover, hosts who welcome you as if you were family. If I have to find a small personal note about the stay, the adjacent street is often 'frequented' even at night, so there is a constant background noise of cars. However, nothing that disturbs sleep, and certainly nothing that depends on Villa Liberty of course. If we return to Fano, we would be happy to come back here.
