The beautiful view impresses. The accommodation itself is simple but good and very well located. No breakfast, no pool. Parking is a challenge; in the neighboring town it is not.

Stay was ok. The only thing: I expected a TV like in the photos. The room, and especially the bathroom, were a bit larger. The hairdryer did not work in the socket. It was too hot in the room; we always had the air conditioner on, even at night, because it made a noise that prevented you from sleeping. It was just an observation. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The property is in a fantastic location with a breathtaking view. The room has everything it needs (the bathroom could be better organized). We enjoyed our stay. We dined at the on-site restaurant; at sunset it is worth it and the food is good. Andrea, the owner, is very helpful and welcoming. I recommend this experience to everyone.

The cleanliness of the bathroom needs reviewing: the tiles above the sink, the toothbrush holder and the glass of the entrance door.

Nice and welcoming room, small but functional with a wonderful sea view terrace. Beautiful experience at the homonymous restaurant Terrazzamare, top-notch cuisine and service! Moreover, dining in a romantic location with a stunning view of the sea in Sirolo is a unique experience! Thanks to all the staff for the warm welcome, the good food, the service, and the impeccable room.

Kindness, availability, and excellent hospitality. Room with sea view in the city center. We did not try the cuisine of the spectacular restaurant on the terrace because it was a quick stay of just one night, but we will return.

Central position but quiet because it is located inside with an exceptional sea view. Welcoming room, clean with daily towel change. Hairdryer, soap, shower gel and toilet paper available. Only downside is that there is no parking for cars and it is located in a limited traffic zone with a fairly wide schedule extending even to nighttime hours.

The property is located in the center but has its tranquility. The manager is a delightful person, always present and available. The room is very nice and spotless. We had the opportunity to stay for four days and I must say we had a great time. On the lower floor, there is a restaurant that practically overlooks the sea and offers exquisite dishes of a certain level, but the tiramisu is the best.

Structure a stone's throw from the center of Sirolo with a splendid sea view. It has a restaurant with a terrace overlooking the sea and a discount for guests, which is not bad. The only observation is the breakfast which is included but to be consumed at an affiliated bar near the B&B. Clean rooms, good value for money!
