A very pleasant discovery in Sirolo. Clean and spacious room with everything needed for a pleasant stay. B&B in the center and also convenient for reaching Numana on foot. Available parking. Franco is a precise and helpful person in giving advice on activities to do and restaurants. Perfect breakfast formula, without time limits, well-stocked, and bakery croissants every morning. Definitely recommended!

The manager Franco is really helpful, especially for the explanations he gave me at the beginning on how to get around the village to reach beaches and points of interest. Breakfast "like at home" was perfect, the room comfortable and well furnished.

The place is very nice and very clean, you sleep well, the bathroom is large, the shower is large and works well, the owner was very kind and helpful, he also gave us many useful tips, highly recommended.

We had a great time at the B&B SeaRolo. Fantastic location, impeccable cleanliness, modern, new and super comfortable rooms. Only downside? It closes at the end of September. We will definitely come back. Thank you, Marcella and Luca.

B&B SeaRolo is very well-kept, quiet, and clean just a stone's throw from the square of Sirolo. We particularly appreciated the opportunity to have breakfast in the garden and the kindness and availability of Mr. Franco. Absolutely recommended.

My boyfriend and I spent a week at B&B SeaRolo which we highly recommend for its optimal location near the center of Sirolo. Franco is a delightful person and very helpful.

We had a great time! Franco was very helpful and is a kind and attentive person to any need. Breakfast with fresh pastries from the baker every morning, very clean room, lovely outdoor space equipped with everything you need.

We stayed at the property from August 7th to August 14th in the Solaria room. We found everything perfectly as we expected: very comfortable bathroom with a spacious shower, comfortable room equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, and TV. The bed is large and very comfortable, the window overlooks the small courtyard shaded by two olive trees creating a situation of relaxation and tranquility. The location of the property is exceptional (only 20 steps separate you from the center and a few minutes walk from beautiful beaches. Mr. Franco... what can I say, a welcoming and very helpful person! He is always ready to help you in times of need. Regarding check-in and check-out, we found maximum availability and he provided us with the opportunity to take a shower before leaving, to deposit our luggage in a special room to fully enjoy the day of arrival and departure. We were very satisfied with this holiday and this stay. Highly recommended, everyone should go to Franco!

We stayed here at the end of July 2020, the property is strategically located to visit all of the Marche region as well as the Conero. Very flexible breakfast times and fresh pastries every morning as a treat from Mr. Franco, the manager. We had a great time and Franco is extremely helpful and promptly resolves any issues. I highly recommend the property. Practically also because it's a stone's throw from restaurants and beaches and any other service, the only drawback is for those who have difficulty with steep climbs or stairs for any reason, there is a small steep uphill/downhill to access the property... Nothing insurmountable though! Highly recommended on all fronts for property, hospitality, and location.

We know we are a voice out of the chorus but our impressions were anything but positive. The "solaria" room lacks a bidet, the toilet is too high and has a flush that splashes water out every time it is activated. The room is dark as it is located on the ground floor, furthermore there are very light curtains and since the window overlooks the entrance passage, to have privacy it is necessary to keep the shutters down. Also, all the noises from the little entrance where the self-service breakfast preparation takes place can be heard. Spacious shower. Nice garden. Mr. Franco, the manager, from the first exchanges of information, via the website messaging, showed a lack of availability, in fact, the website allowed us to choose the "marina" room but he replied in a dry and unempathetic way that it was up to him to decide the room he would assign us. Right from the start he wrote that he only accepted calls and not messages, which would have helped us a bit during the stay, and also when I called to arrange the check-in he did not answer or call back. His unavailability and coldness also emerged during the check-in agreement phase because even though the day before we had told him we would arrive at 12, he, without even offering to leave our luggage, always reminded us with a cold and super formal tone that check-in was from 16. At the time of key handover, like a soulless and heartless machine, he exposed those 4 essential pieces of information on how to reach the beaches and the center. Mr. Franco's coldness did not make us feel comfortable, the times we crossed paths with him (he lives on the upper floor) he never asked us how our stay was going and in a B&B we believe that being welcoming, attentive, and hospitable is the basis. Last thing, the check-out at 10 is limiting. The B&B is in a perfect location for both the beaches and the center of Sirolo but this is not enough to make the stay enjoyable.

Everything as expected. Favorably impressed by the nature of the landscape and the town itself.

Highly recommended structure for those looking for a quiet, clean environment, close to the center and the charming beaches and with the right quality-price ratio. Franco is a very helpful and friendly person, the rooms are new, quiet and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is quite complete and needs to be prepared in a common area in the corridor, to then be comfortably consumed in the room or in the garden, among fruit trees, lavender and the chirping of birds (personally I really appreciated this corner of nature!). We stayed, my daughter and I, at this property and we had a treatment that exceeded our expectations! Kindness, precise and courteous information from the manager Franco. Great breakfast and fresh personal pastries from the baker. Convenient location to reach the main beaches and the beautiful square of Sirolo. Congratulations to the manager and if you go on vacation in the Conero area, try staying in the property, you will be fine.

Highly recommended! Mr. Franco very kind in every stage and request of the stay, rooms cleaner and more functional (see huge and very pleasant shower) better than many starred hotels! Strategic location and at the same time a corner of complete relaxation. Rating 10 in everything without a doubt.

The B&B SeaRolo's location is strategic, in a very central area and a stone's throw from the bus stop that takes you to the beach. Mr. Franco is a very kind and helpful person. The room is cozy and very clean. The breakfast may not be as you usually imagine, however you have at your disposal the coffee machine, cappuccino, etc., fruit juices, yogurt, cereals and more. In addition, every morning Mr. Franco prepares a fresh croissant with the filling you prefer, which comes directly from the baker. I must say that we had a good time and would return.

Splendid location, very kind and always available manager. Every morning fresh croissants arrive, but not being able to handle food, the breakfast is modest, but it feels like being at your own home. Beautiful garden to relax in. Absolutely recommended.

Couples vacation, we stayed at this Bed and Breakfast for 8 days; the location is great as in 3 minutes on foot you are in the center of Sirolo and in half an hour always on foot you reach Numana. There are buses that take you to Urbani beach and San Michele-Sassi Neri with a one euro ticket. The structure is well-kept, the room was clean, equipped with TV, air conditioning, safe, and towels. Too bad for breakfast, all packaged (due to regional laws) but still there was everything you could desire and Mr. Franco always super helpful. Cleaning is only done upon arrival and departure so if you want the room cleaned every day this Bed and Breakfast is not for you! Here reigns full freedom of schedules and a bit of common sense to keep the room clean. Mr. Franco will give you all possible information to fully experience Sirolo and its sea.

We had a wonderful holiday. The room of the structure is very beautiful, clean, spacious, and original! Nothing is missing (tv, wifi, excellent breakfasts, and garden). Very close to the center which can be reached on foot in 2 minutes and close to the beach. The owner is really very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.
