Nice and clean, well-furnished rooms. Very close to the sea and a short walk to all the services you might want. Mirco is the most polite and helpful host, who helps you with any requests you have. The breakfast is varied, and Mirco prepares local specialties, which are so delicious. Highly recommended, you should definitely choose this B&B.

I stayed for two nights in this B&B with a friend and we were very pleased both with the room (very nice, clean, and spacious) and with the friendliness and cordiality of the owners. The location is excellent because you can easily walk to Numana. The breakfast solution at the bar or at a bakery/pastry shop is excellent, at the bakery it includes not only breakfast but also a savory sandwich for lunch. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this property with my son from August 8th to 16th. Mirco is an excellent host, helpful and caring. Breakfast is served outside the property but it was excellent and plentiful. It's a pity we only stayed for a week, the Marche region is a must-visit, not just for the sea! Highly recommended.

What can I say, a really nice stay! Mirco and his parents are fantastic people, ready to help you and very quick in times of need. The structure is very nice, clean, and especially close to the beach. There are no parking problems: you will always find it near the apartment, and you will also be provided with a pass to park for free. At breakfast, you will be pampered! I will find the time to go back to them, this is little but for sure!

We stayed at this B&B for a week and had a great time. Excellent and very clean structure, spacious rooms with fan, air conditioning, mosquito nets, in a quiet area very close to the sea (50 meters). Mirco, the manager, is a very attentive and kind host, very caring, discreet, and helpful. In the morning we were greeted with a super breakfast with fresh and still warm croissants, organic jams, fruits, yogurt, juices, cakes or delicious local cold cuts and cheeses. What more can we say: we recommend it to everyone!

Mirco's breakfasts are the best in the Marche region. Every day he lets you taste local products, fruit, brioches, and yogurt from the area. He also always has valuable information to help you move around better. The rooms are welcoming and well cared for. In the room, there is a ceiling fan, which, however, is not sufficient on the hottest days.

The surrounding area is very beautiful both in terms of beaches and sea, equally beautiful is the interior with its medieval villages and countryside, easily reachable from the B&B.

The perfect B&B. Just 50 meters from the beach, very clean, new, and well-maintained. Mirco and his mother welcomed us and pampered us as if we were family. The abundance of breakfast turned into a convenient lunch to take to the beach every day.

Clean and welcoming place with fantastic hosts, very close to the sea, practically around the corner. When I went up to the terrace to hang the towels, you can see the sea. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Super breakfast and affordable price. Many thanks to Mirco, his sweet mother Daniela, and dad Paolo. I forgot to mention, we were also invited to dinner, a great barbecue in their garden, a very pleasant stay definitely worth recommending.

I stayed with a friend for a few days and we had a great time. Positive points: Mirco is very kind, helpful and efficient, the location is amazing, the free parking pass makes things easier, the agreement with one of the beach establishments in front of the property allowed us to save even on sunbeds, the breakfast is rich, abundant and varied (with superb local products). Negative points (very little): I would make the cords of the fan in the room a little longer because you have to climb up to reach them. We will definitely come back.

The property is located in the city center, a few meters from the sea, the promenade and in the evening it is possible to walk among the markets and the various events that are organized. We stayed at this B&B very close to the beach. The assigned room was very comfortable and wonderful. Mirco and his mother were so kind and friendly that they made us feel comfortable right away. The breakfast is excellent with natural products like yogurt and typical products from Marche. I would recommend it to everyone.

Very kind and helpful managers, it feels like being at home. Breakfast is out of the ordinary, with new and special items every day: from the locally sourced yogurts that have nothing to do with those available in supermarkets, to the farmer's production cold cuts and saffron cheeses. To show kindness and availability, the lady took the bike to go and get some medicine for my daughter.

Family-run B&B. We spent only 2 days in this newly opened structure (we were the second clients), but I must say that the owners were very kind and helpful. The cleanliness is excellent and the breakfast is all with high-quality local products (not the classic supermarket ones), all coming from Marche agricultural companies. Very close to the sea and the bathing establishments. Highly recommended.
