Everything was clean and the location was very good. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways but fortunately not in the room.

The property is located on the first floor of an elegant building, in a quiet, central and strategic position to visit Ancona on foot. The room is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a lovely little balcony, and the bathroom is really large and convenient. The whole property is clean, well organized and has a very welcoming common area. Special mention for the host: a delightful, friendly and extremely helpful person. Having notified him the day before of my early arrival, he was immediately flexible, allowing me to leave my luggage before check-in time. Being a few steps from the centre, it is the ideal solution for exploring the city, but also excellent as a base for concerts at the Stadio del Conero. Highly recommended!

I had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is in an extremely convenient location, right in the center and close to everything. Maurizio was always available, kind and attentive to every need!

First-floor property, recently completed and very beautiful. Excellent communal area with kitchenette and living area with TV and sofa. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Excellent services and cleanliness. Quiet. The location is particularly interesting because there are local paid parking spaces and also a large underground car park (STAMIRA) in Piazza Pertini 250 m away. Piazza Roma and Via del Corso, with all the strolling (especially on Saturdays), are only 400 m away.

I stayed at Room Grigra for the UlisseFest in Ancona. First of all, I thank the owner, who kindly tolerated my request to change the check-in time due to delays and unforeseen events. The property is large, clean, and beautifully furnished. There is no air conditioning, but the fan works very well. Although breakfast is not strictly provided, guests have everything they need to enjoy a coffee, tea, or herbal tea. The room is located not far from the center, but outside the immediate circle of Piazza del Plebiscito and the Mole. Personally, I felt very well!
