The care and friendliness of the owner Francesca deserve far more than a 10: always available and attentive to every guest's needs, from the first to the last second of their stay at the property. Clean and very well-kept room, delicious breakfast(prepared on the spot by Francesca herself) with fresh, high-quality products, to be enjoyed on a lovely balcony from which to admire the splendid panorama of Recanati. Impossible not to return!

Recinatum is an extraordinary place, and by place I mean not only the property, meticulously cared for, clean and welcoming, but also the atmosphere the host creates for her guests, making them feel at home. The added value, beyond the breathtaking setting of Recanati, is precisely the love Francesca puts into what she does and offers to the people lucky enough to arrive at Recinatum1296. Highly, highly, highly recommended!

My partner and I spent four days at this comfortable, recently renovated property. It was clean, in a great location with an enviable view. The property is managed by Francesca, an excellent host who is very helpful and attentive, ready to offer suggestions to enjoy a pleasant holiday according to personal taste. In the mornings we always found a plentiful breakfast, very good and suitable for various needs. I must say we rediscovered the pleasure of chatting and meeting new people! Highly recommended. We thank Francesca for the pleasant stay.

We had a great time! Francesca was immediately available and made us feel at ease. We stayed for 3 days and took the "Oliva" room, with air conditioning, a spectacular view, and an external bathroom exclusively for the room, which ensured privacy. The savory breakfast, with homemade products from Francesca and local cold cuts and cheeses, was particularly noteworthy, really delicious, just like Francesca herself! Highly recommended!
