The Hotel Residence Raffaello is located in a magnificent noble palace in the "modern" center of Sassoferrato (called "Il Borgo", while the upper part is "Il Castello"). The property is easily accessible once you exit the highway. It is close to enchanting places, such as Genga, Frasassi (with its spas and caves), the Monastery of Fonte Avellana, Fabriano, and countless others. Sassoferrato has 4 museums and an archaeological park as well as a charming ancient upper part. The palace has been finely and recently restored, with attention to every detail. There is no reception, but the guest has the keys to the door and can enter and exit freely at any hour. Each room is characterized by unique decorations. The area is extremely quiet, not considering some noise coming from the adjacent road. Classy, selected clientele. Rooms with new furnishings and very good cleanliness. Comfortable, cozy bed. Good soundproofing from outside, almost none internally. The outdoor spaces are smaller than what is evident from the photos. Breakfast is improvable (not recommended). Some rooms do not have a bidet (please specify if expressly requested).

Historic building very well preserved and renovated with modern and functional touches. The owner is truly kind and respectful of the customer's privacy. He spontaneously offered us a room of a higher level. Breakfast is carefully served in a room with staff. A B&B in the full traditional B&B style with friendliness and direct contact between owners and guests. It is not sterile and impersonal like most modern ones.

Hello, I booked this property to celebrate our wedding anniversary and surprise my wife. I was looking for a place that was not too far from the famous Grotte di Frasassi (9 Km) and at the same time in a quiet location. It's true that the period is one of tranquility, but we found the place cute and relaxing, the owners Rinaldo and Giuseppina very friendly and helpful especially Giuseppina very nice. We will probably come back to try the comfort of the other rooms, we stayed in the RUBINO room and we were very satisfied. Thanks to Rinaldo and Giuseppina.

A Bed and Breakfast with unique and spacious rooms. The room and the bathroom are clean. The managers are always present and friendly. The structure is well-equipped with pastimes such as billiard table and foosball table. Recommended for everyone.

We left as a group of eight friends already having the feeling that we would have a good time at least from the point of view of hospitality. When we arrived, our expectations were more than met, from the organization, to the welcome, to the cleanliness and elegance of the apartments, from the small attentions like liquid soap for intimate use, to hygiene bags, to the furnishings and equipment of the kitchen, to the champagne for the New Year's Eve toast. In short, small and large things that made us feel at home, but with more privileges. And then the courtesy and kindness of Rinaldo, Maura and Luca (our funny "Beppe Grillo" whom we made go up and down the stairs twenty times) all this remains among our best memories of the beginning of 2013! Thank you for everything!
