We had a wonderful stay at Anastasia's lovely and clean B&B. She was an excellent host and the location was perfect (only a 10-minute walk from the Adriatic Coast). I would recommend.

Great holiday! A 15-minute walk from the sea and a 20-minute walk to the centre of Numana. A free shuttle is available on request to take you to both the beach and the town. The hosts are always very helpful.

Highly recommended. I spent a pleasant week at this bed and breakfast. Managed excellently by Anastasia and Luca. Two people who know how to welcome the customer 360 degrees. Excellent breakfasts with genuine products, yogurt, jams, and juices all homemade. Spacious and well-kept rooms. Excellent cleanliness. Well done, I am happy to have met your beautiful bed and breakfast. Well done, I recommend visiting them for a vacation in Numana. Furthermore, they are in a strategic position for the beach and the center.

The intimate setting (only two rooms, with separate entrances) was particularly appreciated. The b&b is located in a very nice residential area, just a few meters from a supermarket and close to the main beaches (we are used to walking, we never took the car except to go out for dinner in the evening). The little villa is very nice, with a beautifully curated garden where you have a table and sun loungers reserved for the room (we had the yellow one). The room is well equipped (fridge, microwave, hairdryer...). The only 'flaw' is that it is poorly ventilated, so when it's hot you may need to leave the door open (or use the ceiling fan). Breakfast is rich and based on genuine products. The owners were extremely kind and helpful, ready to offer advice when needed, yet very discreet. Definitely recommended.

We were welcomed by Mrs. Anastasia and her husband Luca at their small but very clean B&B, nothing was missing. The breakfast was abundant and very good. We used the free shuttle bus to go down to the beach and also to go out in the evening, convenient location to access everything. Thanks to Mr. Anastasia and Luca for their care.

Great facility, we were more than satisfied. We couldn't have breakfast at the B&B because the owners weren't there, but they left us a delicious homemade juice and cookies in the fridge that were out of this world. The kindness of the owners and especially of Mrs. Anna (daughter of Mrs. Anastasia) was admirable. The cleanliness of the room and especially of the bathroom is excellent. I recommend it with closed eyes because it is well connected to all destinations: Sirolo in 15 minutes, Numana in a few minutes, the sea just a stone's throw away. I would go back right away.

I stayed with my daughter for 5 days. Very welcoming and helpful family. They came to pick us up at Ancona station because we arrived by train. Very clean room and private bathroom. Breakfast, served on the outdoor table, really good and plentiful. The structure is located in a quiet area but well served by shuttles connecting the beaches and Numana.

I stayed with my husband for a couple of nights at this facility. Very warm welcome. Impeccable cleanliness and lots of patience even with me being vegan. In the bathroom, they had organic aloe soaps 😍 The breakfast is a real treat: fruit juice (the best I've ever tasted), homemade jams and cakes served in their garden, just a pity for only two days. We will come back.

We stayed at the B&B Nubicuculia for two weeks with our 11-year-old son Edoardo. For us, it was the first experience in a B&B and it was a pleasant surprise. The managers Anastasia and Luca welcomed us and made us feel like part of their family. The breakfasts were always incredibly abundant and well-prepared, with excellent homemade products by Anastasia. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom has always been thorough and impeccable. The excellent location of the structure, surrounded by the garden, allowed us to enjoy a holiday of rest and relaxation. The beaches are easily reachable both on foot and with the free bus service. But above all, we want to point out the courtesy and extreme availability of Anastasia and Luca, and the friendliness of their sons Gabriele and Giacomo who were great playmates for our son. Absolutely recommendable! Roberta and Eric.

We returned yesterday after staying at the Nubicuculia B&B with our two children aged 8 and 12. We had a wonderful time and it was our first experience in a B&B after some experiences in camping-village and in hotels. We appreciated everything: from the tranquility of the place surrounded by greenery to the beautiful spacious rooms with bathrooms on the ground floor and well-kept cleanliness. The location of the property is rated 9 only because it is not by the sea, but we appreciated the nice walk of about 10 minutes to reach the beach through fields of wheat and sunflowers, mostly shaded. We never used the shuttle bus because we did not feel the need. The "managers" were always welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating for all our needs. The breakfasts in the garden were excellent and plentiful with exquisite jams and juices made by Mrs. Anastasia. From the B&B's location, it is easy to reach the most beautiful beaches and the areas of greatest tourist interest in just a few kilometers. We enjoyed 5 days in the Conero area and if we ever return, we would not need to look for where to stay, we would return without hesitation to the Nubicuculia B&B. Thank you for everything, a warm greeting to Anastasia and Luca and a kiss to the little ones Gabriele and Giacomo.

I stayed at Nubicuculia for the long weekend, thanks to June 2nd, with my boyfriend. We had a wonderful time, the place is ideal for a romantic getaway. The cottage is located in Taunus, surrounded by greenery and tranquility, a true relaxation space. We always used the car for convenience, but it is also easy and quick to reach the beaches of Numana on foot. The managers, Anastasia and Luca, were friendly, nice, and super helpful, ready to provide information and make us feel at ease. Numana is beautiful, we go there a few times because living in Perugia it is not very far away. I recommend Nubicuculia for your stays.

A true bed and breakfast. Guests of Anastasia and Luca, you immediately feel at home. The room is spacious and clean, with an adjacent nice bathroom equipped with a sauna shower and jacuzzi reserved for guests. The breakfast, served in the garden, is excellent and abundant. The location, Taunus village, is great for exploring the beauties of Conero while staying away from the confusion (at least in August) of Sirolo and Numana. We will keep a nice memory.

Beautiful place, located in a very quiet context and from where it is easy to reach many beaches and places, all convenient and not far away. We found ourselves very well, in a always very clean and well-kept environment. We enjoyed excellent and abundant breakfasts made even by the hostess. Great availability and hospitality. Beautiful location, very clean places, excellent and abundant breakfast, and a hospitality and availability that are truly rare. The ratings I left speak for themselves. We enjoyed maximum privacy (my girlfriend and I) even though we were right in the house with them, and we even became friends. Truly fantastic experience at Nubicuculia; I recommend it to everyone. Rating 11 if it were possible.

Incontrare, conoscere, confrontarsi sono sempre stati i motori che ci hanno spinti ad iniziare questa avventura ben 12 anni fa. A volte gli stimoli si affievoliscono ma, quando si incontrano persone così piacevoli, educate e sorridenti come Paolo e Margherita, il fuoco si ravviva ed è estremamente semplice essere disponibili e cordiali, essere semplicemente sè stessi.
