We were guests at Nido sul mare for 4 days. Anna and Marcello are two very welcoming people who are attentive to the needs of their guests. They convey their passion for the area and traditions in a very lively and engaging way. The breakfasts are accompanied by a pleasant chat that makes you feel at home even if you have just arrived. The location right in front of the beach is also a great asset of the property. Thank you for the pleasant stay. We hope to see each other again soon.

Anna Maria and Marcello warmly welcomed us into their home! Very comfortable rooms with everything needed for a relaxing stay just steps from the sea and a few kilometers from the center of Senigallia. Directly connected to the beach and the promenade for easy access to the center. Good and "customizable" breakfast according to personal needs. Complete availability and hospitality.

Ideal for a relaxing period. Very convenient location in front of the beach. The bus stop to the city center is in front of the door. Very friendly and helpful lady, abundant breakfast with fresh pastries, fruit, and water to take away. Quiet room at night and very comfortable mattress. Recommended!

Very kind and sociable managers, but the care of the internal and external environments needs improvement. The room we were assigned, probably because we only stayed one night, was on the street side, which, although not very busy, was not very quiet. Furthermore, there is a lack of soundproofing usually provided by doors and windows that are very dated here. Parking is not sufficient for all the guests of the property. Of course, the managers do what they can with the available parking space, but sometimes it's necessary to move the car because it's parked behind that of other guests who need to leave, and this is not ideal. The location is beachfront, but with few services apart from a couple of bars and one restaurant. However, there is a free bus that stops in front of the property and takes you to Senigallia to find a bit more choice. Breakfast all together at the same table may not be ideal for everyone; the managers still give the possibility to have it separately by fixing a precise time. In my opinion, however, the price is too high for what is offered.

Gentile Signora, grazie per il commento favorevole per noi gestori; per quanto riguarda il resto della recensione questa è la nostra risposta: 1) l'ambiente esterno condizionato da lavori in corso dovuti a danneggiamenti procurati dalla ditta che ha effettuato i lavori sulla ciclabile che costeggia il nostro cortile 2) non siete rimasti solo una notte, ma due notti distanziate nel tempo (una quando avete proseguito il viaggio verso l'Abruzzo e l'altra al ritorno); ci chiediamo: se il giudizio è così pessimo, perchè confermare anche la seconda notte? 3) le insonorizzazioni, che Lei chiede, difficilmente le troverà in case adibite a B&B 4) per il parcheggio (cosa molto preziosa in questa zona, dove nei periodi estivi è praticamente impossibile trovarne) peraltro totalmente gratuito (cosa che non sempre si verifica) non è cosa straordinaria spostare l'auto, dato che questo è in un cortile di una casa e non in uno spiazzo strutturato di un albergo 5) pochi servizi: quelli che cita non dipendono da noi (bar e ristoranti); secondo il suo metro di giudizio quante località sono insufficienti, di montagna e di mare (come la nostra)? Sempre in merito ai servizi, ha dimenticato di citare che nel nostro "prezzo" sono inclusi anche n°1 ombrellone, n°1 sedia a sdraio, n°1 sedia da mare, cose che, negli stabilimenti della zona, i costi di tali attrezzature vanno da un minimo di € 30 (trenta) giornaliere. 6) se una colazione in cui vengono proposti due brioches fresche di forno, caffè, latte, the, yogurt, frutta fresca di stagione, fette biscottate, marmellata, succo di frutta, è da considerarsi appena sufficiente, ci dica cos'altro avremmo dovuto proporLe....... Adesso un nostro commento aggiuntivo: prima di tutto, nonostante vi avessimo avvisato, siete comunque giunti anticipatamente all'orario stabilito per il check in (pretendendo da subito l'effettuazione di alcuni servizi, creando un certo disagio); inoltre ci chiediamo come sia stato possibile lasciare n°3 (tre) sacchi di immondizia, dentro la camera, in solo 1+1 notte, ancor prima di effettuare le pulizie... forse per questo ci meritiamo l'8. A wonderful surprise! Facing the sea, just a step away from everything. Impeccable cleanliness, abundant breakfast, but the real difference is made by them, Annamaria and Marcello, who made us feel at home, pampered and treated as if we were family. I recommend everyone to stay with them (if you are lucky enough to find a place) and to return home enriched with an experience rich in 'humanity', education and hospitality.

The owners are very kind and really care about the guests. The property is right on the sea, you leave the house and you are on the beach. Nightlife is a bit out of the way, but it's perfect for adult people.

Excellent accommodation facing the sea, quiet area. Good cleanliness and super breakfast. Marcello and family are truly priceless, just like being at home. And with umbrella and chairs available, we enjoyed a beautiful day at the beach. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I with our little dog stayed in the apartment. The holiday was excellent from every point of view. The structure is located directly on the beach and is comfortable and peaceful. The added value comes from the owners who are very helpful with every request and truly delightful people. I hope to come back soon.

First of all, I must say that the owners, besides being kind and friendly, have always been extremely helpful even for unforeseen needs. They allowed me to live these few days without any hitches, adapting to my needs, and not vice versa. Furthermore, even though the house is modest, everything works perfectly, from the shower to the Wi-Fi, to the mattress, which I found very comfortable, and the cleanliness is also excellent. The breakfast is abundant, but, above all, it is consumed in a room from which, not only can you see the sea, but you can even hear the sound of the waves, that's how close it is. I would like to come back often.
