Anna provided us with such friendly and enthusiastic hospitality, our stay was amazing. The apartment is a wonderful slice of Italian luxury, beautifully decorated. We had an excellent breakfast spread and ultra comfortable bed and bathroom facilities. Follow all of Anna's advice, and you'll have a truly memorable stay in a lovely little Italian town.

Really wonderful B&B located in an old building. Really beautiful room with a large bathroom. Very abundant breakfast with really amazing and delicious desserts. The host was really lovely and very kind, who made our stay in Ascoli Piceno the best it could be. Highly recommended!

Stay is a reductive word, it would be better to talk about "Experience", because both the welcome, the property we were accommodated in, the availability of the owner and the collaborator, the breakfast, and everything in the last details was great.

I booked for my parents who, from what they reported to me, had a great time, both for the courtesy of the owners and for the food, the room, and the cleanliness.

The B&B is located in Ascoli Piceno and is housed in a sumptuous 18th-century palace. The interiors are very elegant and well-kept. The rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and TV. The building is situated on Via Soderini, just a few steps from the center, therefore in a privileged position to visit the historical part of the city. The owner, Anna, is always kind and available, as are the other reception staff. For obvious reasons, parking is not available inside the structure but can be found a few hundred meters away. The breakfast is varied, with juices, yogurt, toasted bread, homemade cakes, jams, cereals, toasted bread, cappuccino, and coffee. Excellent structure for staying a few days in the beautiful city. Highly recommended.

From the initial welcome, you immediately understand everything: you are greeted by the very kind Mrs. Anna with a warm smile and you realize you are entering...your home. The passion and expertise of Mrs. Anna (who has a degree in Architecture, a field she practices with involvement and refinement) translate into an atmosphere that conveys care, warmth, a sense of family, and attention to detail. The breakfast room is enriched with historical and artistic texts, an unmissable collection of Diabolik, and a high-level soundtrack in the background...Camilleri and more comics in the bedroom. Breakfast features traditional local sweets, including a savory part available. Spacious room, very well cared for, with a touch of chromatic personalization that distinguishes it from the others, and a very comfortable and functional bathroom. Cleanliness, scents, and organization distinguish all spaces and daily life. The availability of Mrs. Anna and the staff is incomparable for providing indications on possible daily destinations, with information that is sometimes not found in guides. Continuous and high attention from Mrs. Anna to the guest's needs (for example, breakfast time, varieties of tea, or changing the pillow for health issues). The agreement with the paid parking nearby is very helpful (in the city, it is difficult to find parking). Exceptional location, in the oldest neighborhood of Ascoli (medieval footprint) and a short distance from all the city's major points of interest. Beyond expectations.

Great Luxury B&B '700' in an optimal position in the center of Ascoli. The structure and rooms are very well maintained and equipped with every comfort. The owner is very kind and very helpful. Worth a visit. Breakfast could be improved.

The words here are not enough, you will enter a historical residence pampered from the beginning to the end of your stay, Anna has the right passion that has made this place fantastic, at night with the windows open you can't hear a single noise and the cool air arrives from the river valley, everything is well-kept, like Ascoli which is truly a gem, I will definitely come back.

Classy B&B located in a palace in the historic center of Ascoli Piceno. Quiet room tastefully decorated in a style suitable for a period building. Spacious bathroom. Breakfast with delicious cakes and other delights in the dining room furnished and 'lived in' by the owner Anna, very kind with whom you immediately establish empathy. So I can only highly recommend.

In the heart of the historic center but very quiet area, Luxury B&B '700' in an apartment of an ancient building, reachable by elevator, and then the landlady Anna really kind and caring, the room and the bathroom very large, my husband and I stayed only one night but we felt very good.

Very courteous and helpful contact person but unfortunately some recommended services-facilities, to be used during the stay, turned out to be very disappointing. Breakfast very disappointing, savory non-existent, something minimal was brought upon request, even the sweet only packaged. Nice common room for breakfast and relaxation, adequate common kitchen, our spacious room but with poorly assorted pieces nice bathroom. Quiet environment, fairly good location but a nightmare the parking.

Very spacious and comfortable room and bathroom, tastefully furnished, like all the other common areas, especially the reception/dining room where breakfast is served with the other guests. Ms. Anna, the owner of the Luxury B&B '700', is of a kindness, availability, and unique discretion. Elegance, refinement, and tranquility are the qualities of the structure located in the historic center, a few steps from the main squares of Ascoli Piceno. Extremely clean room, furnished with exquisite taste and equipped with a very spacious bathroom. Above all, a very delicate fragrance in the common areas.

The structure is inside an ancient palace, adjacent to the historic center of the beautiful Ascoli Piceno. It is a very elegant apartment, cared for in the smallest details. The room is very comfortable, the mattress comfortable, the bathroom is super spacious. Anna, the owner, very kind and full of advice. The breakfast is very good. I absolutely recommend this property for a stay in the city. The only downside is that we stayed too little.

The very kind Ms. Anna Monini, an architect, has taken care of every detail; inheriting a treasure and the love of art and history from her father, she gives guests an atmosphere of noble elegance and sophistication. You are immersed in a lived-in place, enriched with books, antique furniture, prints, honors, inlaid parquet floors, family photographs, decorated ceilings, crystal chandeliers, linen towels. The bathroom, modern, functional, spacious, and complete with every accessory, has been designed with the same elegance. The cleanliness is excellent, the bed is very comfortable, the room is quiet and spacious. Breakfast is served in an ancient room with a library and a piano, the table is set with family china, crystal, and silverware. Cakes and jams are made by Anna's mom and aunt. Everything is done with artistry, in the true sense of the word! Finally, a thank you to Anna for her courtesy, kindness, and the numerous and valuable tips for visiting the city... and for the restaurants.
