I found this place excellent in several aspects: the location, convenient to Urbino, Pesaro, and many places of artistic or natural interest, and well connected; the structure, clean, welcoming, beautiful; the location and the garden, tidy and perfectly enjoyable (with a delightful pool); food quality: high and well balanced in portions. And last but not least, the environment and atmosphere (created by the managers and staff): simple and carefully curated. It is truly a high-quality stay!

Weekend with a group of nine friends. We stayed in four rooms (including the mini-apartment) and we all had the same identical judgment... excellent! Congratulations to Andrea and Alice for the passion they put into what they do, which translates into hospitality, welcome, and excellent quality of the structure. From the accommodations to the catering, everything was truly impeccable! The breakfast is a joy for the eyes and the taste, with jams, juices, and homemade sweets made from the fruits of the farm they manage. One piece of advice: have at least one meal at their restaurant and you will not regret it. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

In a decidedly enchanting, quiet and welcoming place, you can enjoy truly superior dishes (including gluten-free, not to be forgotten). Finally, a structure that keeps all its promises and even more. Highly recommended.
