Our B& B is at Fontespina district of Civitanova Marche a few metres from the seashore, in a quiet, panoramic setting. "Le Magnolie B&B" is elegant design with attention to detail, a residence with unique, original style.

You will be welcomed and assisted by speakers of Italian, English, french.

Breakfast includes a choice of ciambellone, crostata, or apple pie made by Carmela. You can have espresso coffee or use the moka pot to make coffee, tea, barley, snacks, biscuits, yogurt, fruit juices, jams, chocolate spread, and rusks. You can have breakfast on your own using the kitchen, just like at home, in the large living room or under the porch overlooking the sea during the summer. If you prefer having breakfast at a bar, there's an affiliated bar available. If you want a savory breakfast, it will cost an additional €10 per room.

The B&B Le Magnolie is a great place to stay! Our room was big, bright, the bed was great, the view was great and the bedroom was also wonderful. The house was cozy and cool, which was very nice when you came back from the beach (distance: 5 minutes!). Special thanks to Carmela. She is a very nice and sweet woman who wants to do everything for you. And a special thank you for Giuseppe. We loved the fruit from his garden. We loved our stay in Le Magnolie and we will definitely come back.

We stayed at B&B Le Magnolie for a week and we enjoyed it very much. Carmela is an excellent host, attentive to her guests' needs. She gives great advice on beaches to visit and restaurants to eat at. The room was comfortable, clean and had a very large bathroom. It was a great find. We highly recommend it.

The structure managed by Mrs. Carmela turned out to be an excellent choice. We needed comfortable accommodation to visit the Marche hinterland and to spend a few days at the sea, and we were very satisfied. The room is clean and adequate, Mrs. Carmela is very attentive and works to meet the needs of the guests. The breakfast is very good, always featuring homemade cakes and croissants. I recommend it without reservation.

The apartment is located on a small hill in a very quiet position with a large paved courtyard where you can park. It is certainly suitable for those traveling by motorcycle. Everything is very clean, new, and well-kept. Mrs. Carmela gave us a unique welcome and prepared delicious pies and cakes. The room and bathroom are spacious with new fixtures suitable also for people with small disabilities. There are only two wide steps to enter. It takes only 5 minutes on foot to reach the sea (free beach or establishment) in tranquility. Highly recommended!

Great place. Mrs. Carmela is very kind and helpful. I, who have gluten and lactose intolerance, found breakfast products and nothing was missing in the bathroom. I will keep it in mind for other occasions.

Mrs. Carmela is an excellent host! She is a lovely, welcoming, discreet, very helpful woman. Attentive to everything! For every request, if possible, she does everything to fulfill it! She gave us excellent restaurant recommendations! Highly recommended.

Clean and equipped with all comforts. Mrs. Carmela who manages it is very kind and extremely helpful. Convenient location to reach Urbino, Loreto, and Recanati. The B&B is in a non-traffic area and allows you to sleep in absolute tranquility. Breakfast prepared by Carmela with biscuits and donuts but every day the lady also brought us freshly baked croissants that she went to get for us. In the structure, there are coffee, milk, juices, chamomile, various types of herbal teas, towels, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, and everything you need for a stay. We will definitely come back as soon as possible. Absolutely recommended.

We stayed 4 nights at this wonderful property with my husband and our three and a half month old baby girl. We felt at home, pampered by Mrs. Carmela's cakes and the tranquility of the property. We will probably come back in September. Thank you very much for everything.

Quiet and breezy place, with sea view from the porch. Other great points of Le Magnolie B&B, and close to many services like the supermarket, the pharmacy, bars and restaurants, in 10 minutes on foot you are by the sea. The availability and friendliness of Mrs. Carmela are exceptional. I really enjoyed my stay, I definitely plan to come back.

Ground floor of a private house, single, ample parking in a private courtyard, well-kept structure, rich breakfast with packaged pastries, yogurt, fruit juices, coffee, tea or herbal teas, jams, chocolate, bottled water. Only note in the bathroom soaps, towels holder, and bathtub non-slip mat used and dated, however, new and clean sanitary facilities. Not recommended for those looking for sea and beach with small children, as it is in an elevated neighborhood and not very close to the beach, 800/900 meters.

Beautiful stay, a lovely villa with a garden, within walking distance to the northern promenade but in a quiet residential area; simple yet functional room and bathroom, excellent value for money, perhaps the best I've seen, delivers everything it promises and deserves the highest rating. We stayed a weekend at this Le Magnolie B&B, my boyfriend and I, to unwind a bit and we had a great time. The structure is located in a quiet and peaceful area, so relaxation is guaranteed. Everything is very clean and finely furnished with taste. Furthermore, the very helpful Mrs. Carmela made us feel at home by welcoming us with a delicious freshly baked cake for breakfasts. One could write a lot about the appreciation of the stay at this B&B. Instead, I will only say that the quality and taste of the environments, the cleanliness, and the courtesy of Mrs. Carmela, along with the goodness of her desserts, are hard to find elsewhere. Everyone should go there, but leave a spot for me as well.

Everything is wonderful. The structure is located in a renovated independent house with taste and well furnished, in a very quiet area, but not isolated, and a few minutes walk from the sea. The center of Civitanova is also not far away and is easily reachable. Order and cleanliness are at the highest levels. The welcome, hospitality, kindness, and availability make you feel truly at home, but without invading your privacy and giving you maximum freedom. The breakfast is excellent, thanks also to Mrs. Carmela's cakes. My husband and I stayed there for a week and were very satisfied, so we recommend it without any doubt. Thank you again to the family that hosted us, we will definitely return.
