The host Francesca is very helpful and friendly. The accommodation was great, easy to get to from the train station, and close to the historical part of Pesaro. Would stay again.

I can only confirm what the other guests have written as a comment. The B&B is indeed close to the train and bus station and in a quiet area. The distance to the center is a 5-minute walk or by bicycle that Mrs Francesca makes available to guests. At breakfast you will find everything, even fresh fruit and even a homemade cake. Francesca gives you good addresses for dinner and tips for visits.

We stayed here for the Tananai concert. The bed and breakfast is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The lady who welcomed us is very kind and helpful. She prepared a wonderful breakfast with Nutella pie and shortcrust pastry bonbons with blueberries. The location is strategic because you can easily reach the center and various shopping centers, including the Vitrifrigo Arena. I highly recommend it. We had a great time and we will return.

Perfect B&B. Furthermore, the manager did not let me lack anything in any area. Every request of mine was fulfilled. Optimal location near the station and just a few steps from the center. Wonderful experience.

We stayed for six nights at "La Scala di Seta" and we are absolutely satisfied with our choice. It is a comfortable, very clean and functional place, the room is equipped with all the furniture and accessories necessary to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The breakfast is varied and abundant. The location is excellent, so close to the train station and the bus station for those who travel by public transport, and at the same time just a step away from the city center. Francesca is a welcoming, kind and helpful person, she gave us precise directions that were a perfect guide. The suggestions for where to eat based on our needs were very useful. We have no doubts about recommending "La Scala di Seta" for a stay in Pesaro.

We stayed 5 nights in this bed and breakfast and I can say that I found the ideal structure for a sustainable vacation. Trains and buses are 5 minutes away on foot, the city center is 10 minutes away. The structure is clean and welcoming, with total availability and kindness from Francesca.

Excellent! Very comfortable environment, Francesca knows how to create a serene, relaxed atmosphere with the guests. Strategic the bicycles made available to guests, with which in a very short time you can reach the historic center, the seafront, Baia Flaminia. Very functional the bus station a few steps from the b&b, avoiding the stress of using the car you can easily reach Urbino, Gradara and other places. Beautiful, bright, clean room. Tasty cookies and tarts found at breakfast. Well done Francesca. Thank you!

In one word: home. You practically feel at home, thanks to the host. Available, ready to welcome your requests, to advise you on where to eat, what to visit, how to move around Pesaro and surroundings. The structure is welcoming, clean and truly in a strategic position. We will come back!

Clean and welcoming apartment just 10 minutes from the station. Room equipped with all comforts. Excellent breakfast, with a homemade cake made by the manager Francesca, always very helpful. I highly recommend this property!

The structure is not very large but well arranged, the owner is kind, the cleanliness is very good and the breakfast is good. Definitely a bed and breakfast to consider for the excellent value for money and the availability of the lady. I will probably return very willingly.

I must say that I stayed at this establishment for only one night, which was providential, as I booked with very few days notice; nevertheless, Francesca was kind and helpful. In addition to providing me with information, she prepared a great breakfast that I couldn't fully enjoy due to time constraints. The room is cozy and comfortable. Great balance between quality and price, not to mention (just saying) being a stone's throw away from Pesaro station. I will definitely return in the future for longer stays.
