After a long drive I was very pleasantly surprised with the size of the room and the very comfortable bed. Though near a railway, the trains stop at a reasonable hour and it did not affect my peaceful night's sleep. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Excellent property, family atmosphere. I felt comfortable from the start. Matteo was very helpful, always ready to respond to my requests and very friendly and pleasant. The rooms were clean and the place is really beautiful, surrounded by greenery. The location is also great. It is about ten minutes from Ancona and very close to the highway exit. I did not give the location a 10 only because the property is a bit hidden on the road. Some signs could help future guests. I would gladly return.

You were an excellent choice. Our first B&B experience, we felt pampered and enjoyed your excellent breakfast. The only downside was some other guests, who seemed to forget they were not the only people in the world; fortunately they left a few days earlier and during the last two nights we were able to wake up by ourselves. As for Matteo and his father's hospitality, words of praise would not be enough. The B&B is in a decidedly strategic location: from there you can be anywhere within 25 minutes and the sea is ten minutes away.

Our stay at La Gradina exceeded expectations. The family running the B&B was always welcoming and helpful. The property is ideal for those seeking tranquility away from city chaos, while still being well connected to the main seaside locations. I stayed in this B&B and I can only speak highly of it! A place with a family warmth, where you feel welcomed right away. Mr. Beppe was extraordinary: kind, caring, with that genuine affection reminiscent of a caring grandfather towards his granddaughter. In the morning, he offered me a delicious latte, just like at home, and every corner of the B&B was spotless and well cared for. An experience that warms the heart – I will definitely return!

Everything was very good, from the structure to the location and cleanliness. In my room, the only downside was the "spring mattress," which is not very modern. If I had found a more comfortable mattress, I would have definitely given a 10 with honors.

I gave 7 to the breakfast only because plant-based milk was not available, but it definitely deserves a higher score, especially for the assortment and quality of the products offered. The artisan cakes are also excellent.

We stayed at La Gradina B&B only for one night on our way back from Salento to break the journey. The structure is in a perfect location, very close to the highway. The room was very clean and the manager was helpful. We were advised on places to dine. The breakfast room is available for a snack, a coffee, or even just for water to take to the room at night. The quality-price ratio is excellent. We had a great time.

Excellent accommodation, reachable even by train. The only downside (but I do not blame the manager at all): my mattress was made of latex, which I personally find uncomfortable.

I couldn't find anything better for my needs. I parked my motorcycle inside the enclosure, found the room clean with a nice bathroom and especially in the breakfast room (always open) the possibility to immediately enjoy unlimited cold water, which is very welcome. In the morning, also good and plentiful breakfast.

B&B near the Osimo highway exit, very convenient both for visiting Conero and for a stop towards the south, as we did. Very cozy and clean room, kind manager, very beautiful garden. Breakfast with both fresh products (an excellent freshly baked cake) and packaged ones. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Beautiful setting, kind owners, also because one of us only ate savory breakfast and was accommodated, beautiful and well-kept garden, unfortunately it didn't get warmer in the evening or we would have gladly enjoyed it. In any case, I expected a more varied breakfast, not the usual packaged things. The only homemade thing was a cake, but unfortunately every time they offered it again it was the same. It could be done a little better. I recommend hooks in the room and since they clean every 3 days maybe a broom and a sponge in the rooms to tidy up after the shower.

Per la colazione abbiamo ampliato l'assortimento di dolci freschi in quanto ci siamo resi conto anche noi che la clientela lo avrebbe gradito. Adesso oltre alla nostra torta facciamo anche delle crostate dei rotoli dei muffin e serviamo anche croissant bomboloni ecc, insomma cerchiamo di variare la scelta ogni giorno. Dispiace però averlo fatto solo dopo la vostra partenza. Puliamo la camera è cambiamo la biancheria ogni 3 giorni come da normativa regionale per i B&B, cmq non applichiamo costi per eventuali richieste extra di asciugamani e quant'altro. Abbiamo deciso di non fare il riassetto giornaliero delle stanze in quanto preferiamo tenere dei prezzi moderati. Forse dovevamo riferirlo o scriverlo all'interno della camera. Provvederemo. Per gli appendiabiti sarà fatto. Noi tutti della Gradina vi ringraziamo per aver soggiornato nel nostro piccolo B&B e per averci dato degli ottimi spunti per migliorare la nostra offerta. We stopped for one night at this La Gradina B&B. Fabulous garden where we could have breakfast, beautiful and well-furnished rooms, excellent cleanliness and a very comfortable bed. Strategic location due to the proximity of the highway that allows you to break up long journeys. Family management that makes you feel comfortable and makes you "feel at home" even though you are far from home. Breakfast could be improved with a bit more variety especially of homemade products. Do not be intimidated by the non-central area because you will be isolated from the confusion but comfortable to reach both the center of Osimo and the beaches or the surrounding areas. Clean and comfortable room, good breakfast but above all great availability of the owners. \nA picnic area for those who want to have lunch outdoors and the possibility of using the kitchen even outside standard hours, all at a great price! Highly recommended.

This property is very close to the highway and it was very convenient for us. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed the tranquility of the place, the owners were very kind. The room was comfortable with adequate space, abundant breakfast. I would gladly return and recommend it.

We stayed one night as a stopover, recommended for its strategic location near the A14 motorway exit, yet the sleep is great (the place is quiet and there are no noises). In particular, the managers offered to welcome us even late in the evening and waited for us despite a small delay caused by traffic. The cleanliness of the room and the bathroom, which in our case was shared with other rooms, was very satisfying. The breakfast also seemed very complete to me (you can find both sweet and savory foods) and abundant. The structure is very welcoming and has a nice external garden. Highly recommended.

Located in a great location. Close to the Conero and Ancona. Beautiful structure, slept wonderfully. I was just passing through, but I will come back. The Conero deserves more time.

For cleanliness, I give a perfect 10! A suggestion: I believe an air conditioner would be greatly appreciated (there was a chandelier with a fan) and maybe mosquito nets on the windows, as the area is densely populated by these insects. The manager is available and very attentive to meeting customer needs. I will return and definitely recommend it.

Structure in a very convenient location compared to the Ancona Sud motorway exit. Very kind and welcoming manager, spacious and tidy room. Kitchen area (no food preparation) available with drinks and juices. Excellent breakfast with homemade pastries.

My son stayed at La Gradina B&B for two weeks and had a great time: the room was spacious, very clean, as well as the services; breakfast was rich and abundant and the owners were very kind and extremely helpful. If we happen to return to the area, we will definitely choose to stay with them again.
