Our Country House, located only 15 km from the Adriatic Sea has been completely renovated in 2015 and offers all the comforts of a city hotel but in the middle of a lush countryside close to unique towns for history, tradition and beauty.

We have two double rooms: Sunflower and Jasmine.

A triple room: Poppy
A family room or family suite: Jasmine + Lilac.

The room Poppy, for its size has a clear bed, while the room Gelsomino become a family suite if coupled with the adjoining room Lilac with whom they share a large bathroom.

All rooms have private entrance, en suite facilities, two windows, central heating and / or air conditioning, television, emergency light, free wifi.

The house is surrounded by a park with a lovely pine forest and a swimming pool in a charming corner that enhances relaxation and privacy.

The price includes: breakfast in the morning mainly made with homemade biscuits, use of swimming pool and recreational / sports activities in our garden and private parking for guests.

For lunch or dinner we will be able to recommend restaurants nearby where you can taste the culinary traditions of this area that there sorpenderanno for quality and price.

We wait with great joy.

Every morning you can enjoy breakfast with cakes prepared by my wife Leonia, on request "gluten free", which is served in summer on the porch under the large oak tree in winter in the large hall. It never fails: seasonal fruit, coffee, milk, yogurt, juice and small savory breakfast.

Three unforgettable days, a charming structure surrounded by small medieval villages. Fabrizio, an exceptional host, will advise you on what to visit in a beautiful region. Ascoli, one of the most beautiful cities I have ever seen. After spending the day exploring the area, it's lovely to relax by the pool. Three days were truly too short, we must absolutely come back. The B&B La Casa in Campagna is a beautiful villa located on a hill 1 km from Cossignano and 12 km from the sea. The dominant position offers a breathtaking view and provides tranquility and relaxation. The owners are absolutely exquisite and generous people, always ready to give advice on places to visit or where to eat. Rarely have I found such cleanliness and attention to detail. Abundant and well-served breakfast. The icing on the cake was the underground pool.

Charming place immersed in the green hills of Marche. Very accessible even for families with small children (we stayed with our 1 and a half year old baby). Very beautiful, cozy and spacious room with a breathtaking view. Recently renovated with every comfort (wifi, TV, hairdryer, highchair, cot). The managers Fabrizio and Leonia are very kind, friendly, and caring. The breakfast was very abundant and of high quality. We will definitely come back when it's warm to also enjoy the pool!

Spent three unforgettable relaxing days, the structure is in a lovely location from here we visited Ascoli Piceno, a wonderful city. The owners are kind and welcoming people. Excellent and abundant breakfast. We will definitely come back in July with the pool open.

In the setting of this B&B, we celebrated our wedding anniversary. The structure, immersed in the green of the Marche hills, is perfect for visiting the many medieval villages nearby. The breakfast is abundant and very good, and the rooms are ok. And what about the owners? Leonia and Fabrizio make you feel like family, and we will definitely come back in the summer to also enjoy the pool. Definitely recommend. Rossella and Loris.
