Our B&B is a few metres from the seashore ideal for wellness, with generous spa waters and facilities (Terme di Carignano), in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, in a quiet, panoramic setting, in the historic heart of the city. "La Casa Di Fano" is a prestigious home for breathing in the scent of our past, a lovely, refined building, a building of the past brought into the present with unique touches guaranteeing top comfort.

Our breakfast is the typical Mediterranean breakfast. I myself will prepare what you like to start the day with joy and sprint. Coffee with coffee pot and fresh roasted coffee. Coffee machine with arabica capsules. Barley Cappuccino Tea Milk or soy drink. Biscuits, rusks, fresh bread every morning on request. Granetti. Piadine in wedges Pan bauletto toasted at the moment Croissants to be cooked in the oven at the moment, chocolate bags, swivels with raisins. Desserts and pies prepared by the owner with fresh and controlled products. Butters, jams and nutella, honey all single-serve. Fruit, freshly squeezed juices made at the moment. fresh fruit salad Red orange juice Savory breakfast with raw and cooked ham, salami, mature cheese and fresh cheese with caramelized figs. Omelette with bacon, tigelle with tuna and cooked pasta, mini pizzas and mini savory croissants On request products for celiacs and intolerant people included in the price.

The host for this property was not efficient. At her chosen check-in time she was not there. I had her called and she said she was on her way (i.e., she was not on the property, which became a problem), but she showed up late. We had difficulty communicating because my Italian is not good and her English was worse. At breakfast she was not present; I and the other guests were on our own to make breakfast. On the first day of my stay she had a fresh tart, but not after that first day. The room was noisy because of street traffic and one night at 2 a.m. I was awakened by the noise in the street (foot traffic in the old city center). Also the host was not available for my check-out even though we had discussed and identified a time. I left the room keys on her desk and left without seeing her.

Organization could be improved but nothing serious😊. Owner proactive and friendly, helped by his relatives. Service like at a hotel. We would have appreciated air conditioning in our room given the 35 degrees during the day.

In the historic center of Fano with everything within reach. The property is located in a building from ground to roof and our room on the second and top floor. It was a pleasant stay as was the hospitality.

The lady who manages the establishment is kind, helpful, and precise. The place is in the historic center and is carefully furnished, so everything is fine, except for two particular issues: the uncomfortable mattress (but maybe it was just the one in my room) and the loud noise (and there too, maybe it was the fault of the fact that it was July and Friday, the fact is that I slept very little).

We stayed in this property for only one night, we were passing through and had no expectations. The center of Fano, where the apartment is located, is beautiful. Precisely because it is in the city center, the night is never quiet, it is full of nightlife. It was hot, it was July 4th, but it was a really pleasant experience. 10 and praise to the owner, truly well-deserved. Very helpful and welcoming.

Central location. Room with air conditioning and without television. Two floors of stairs without elevator. Overlooking the main street but absolutely quiet. Small bathroom but well equipped. Large shower but very slippery (attention!). Totally vintage environment, and for those who like the genre it is really beautiful! Welcomed and pampered from the beginning to the end of the stay. A spectacular breakfast served in an even more vintage room! Small attentions, like finding water and some refreshments in the room, which not all establishments reserve for you. For us, a great stay.

In the heart of the historic center, this bed & breakfast offers quiet, spacious, clean, and well-maintained rooms. There is no elevator, we are on the second floor with two flights of stairs to climb. The breakfast room has a single table where guests sit all together, and the hostess asks for the breakfast time. Maximum freedom as the keys to the main entrance door are provided.

Il letto è scomodissimo, stretto, corto e con un materasso vecchio. È impossibile dormirci sopra. Capisco che volete mantenere lo stile della vecchia struttura, ma per favore cambiate il letto, altrimenti non si riesce a dormire.

I had a great time. The room and the bathroom were very nice, the bed comfortable and the breakfast good. Also, even though it was hot outside, it was very comfortable inside the room. Practically in the square, surrounded by bars and shops. Being in the center, on weekends you can obviously hear the noises of people around. Personally, at 11:30 pm I fell asleep until the morning, so I don't know at what time the street finally quieted down, but if you are a very light sleeper, keep that in mind. Personally, I feel like recommending the b&b and I would gladly return in the future.

Fano is a town that surprised me, it has history, sea, shopping, good food and special people like Attilia and Angela. Staying at this bed and breakfast was like being a guest of a distant relative: breakfast prepared by hand every day, city tips, autonomy but also privacy. A truly special place. I will return to Attilia for the very central location and close to the sea, for the excellent value for money, for the kitchen, the bicycles and sunbeds available to guests, for the toiletry in the room, and above all for the tarts at breakfast! Thank you for the hospitality and see you soon!

The owner is very kind and helpful. The only downside is that the room faced the main street and in the summer, with the window open, it is difficult to rest well due to the constant coming and going of people walking by. Otherwise, the property is really beautiful. There is maximum care for cleanliness and the owner puts a lot of love into preparing breakfast, with all delicious pastries.

Sometimes having elegant spaces is not enough... Sometimes a certain preparation on how to communicate with customers and how to treat them would be needed... For example, maybe trying to ask if they would like a little help with the luggage would be nice... Or not recommending to keep the bathroom tidy as soon as you arrive (who do they think we are?)... Maybe asking what you prefer for breakfast, sweet or savory... Or warning that you have to share the same table with other people in the structure and that you don't know them... I also warn that even if Google takes you there with the navigator in front of the door, that's a kind of restricted traffic zone... And if you go there with your car, the owner repeats to you for at least 10 minutes in a row that you shouldn't have... And she keeps going even when you've moved the car... Not to mention the recommendations because we had two "little dogs"... On cleanliness.

The apartment is a historic house with 4 rooms, furnished in vintage style. We stayed in the Doctor's room with an en-suite bathroom on the second floor of the property, overlooking the main street in the historic center; despite the central location, the solution was very quiet, also equipped with air conditioning. We also appreciated the amenities which included 2 bottles of water and slippers, as well as towels, sheets, and a shower kit. A special mention to Mrs. Attilia, the manager, who proved to be extremely helpful, kind, and courteous from before our arrival and even after check-out, leaving us the entrance keys until evening and allowing us to use the fridge to retrieve our luggage and belongings before leaving instead of having to carry them to the beach. The breakfast was also complete and abundant.

Excellent location in the center of Fano, on the main street, very comfortable bed, very kind owner. Having to leave early in the morning, I didn't have the breakfast prepared by the owner, who, being helpful, left me with the coffee machine ready, sweet, Nutella and jam.

I stayed at this lovely bed and breakfast last weekend in the Doctor's Room. The welcome is very warm, the room is well cared for and equipped with all comforts, including slippers and an electric kettle. The original floors and furnishings make the stay truly special. A special mention to Attilia, who, with her friendliness and in-depth knowledge of the place, knows how to be an excellent host.

Mrs. Attilia shows all the jovial typical welcome of the people of Fano! Nice and sociable woman, helpful, she made every effort to make us feel at home. My partner and I stayed at La Casa di Fano for just one night. It is located in the heart of the historic center, close to shops and restaurants where you can eat divinely! The owner is very nice, helpful, and a great animal lover, so much so that we were able to bring our 2 cats with us. Only issues: a bit distant parking, which is inconvenient, especially if you have a lot of luggage or children, and many stairs in the structure, which is still of value overall.
