We stayed with Matteo and Anna for a few days at the beginning of September. They are absolutely delightful, friendly and helpful. The house is located in the city center, easily reachable by car during the hours when the ZTL is open, and it has convenient parking nearby outside the ZTL. The house was recently renovated and is equipped with every comfort. The room has air conditioning and a private bathroom; everything is extremely clean and tidy. They offer a rich and varied breakfast and provide several suggestions and recommendations for lunches and dinners in Numana and the surrounding towns. For us it was a wonderful experience: we were treated as if we were at home and we highly recommend this accommodation, both for the comfort, the location and the price. If we return to Numana, we will certainly choose them again.

Small room with a completely new bathroom, well maintained and clean. In the center, but by taking a walk you can reach the most beautiful beaches. The owner Matteo is helpful with everything and provided us with a parking pass, even though it is a bit far, but that's fine. Convenient free shuttles also run to Sirolo every half hour. San Michele beach is fabulous.

We stayed at this beautiful B&B, run by Anna and Matteo, wonderful hosts who were always ready to advise us on beaches, itineraries and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were very clean, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is strategic because it is in the historic center and a 10-minute walk from the sea. In short, highly recommended and we can't wait to return!

What can I say about the Casa degli Olmi? Structure, cleanliness, breakfast all perfect but that little something extra is given by the managers, a couple of lovely people who are always present and available both in providing information and in sharing their life experiences. All this in a discreet manner and without any intrusion. People who know how to carry out this activity with pleasure and passion, making us feel welcome. We will return.

The structure has been recently renovated, is clean and well-kept, near small restaurants and the square where evening events take place. The port and the nearby village of Sirolo are easily reachable. Very kind and helpful managers who suggest advice. We did not try the breakfast for time reasons, but we saw that a generous sweet breakfast is offered.

Grazie della recensione. Ci ha lasciati sorpresi che abbiate dato un sette alla posizione della struttura visto che tutti gli ospiti hanno sempre apprezzato la posizione centralissima del nostro B&B, fra I più centrali che ci siano a Numana Alta, ovvero nel cuore del paese.

We stayed for a week at this property and I can only give a positive review. The B&B is in a central location, practically 50 meters from the main square of Numana, nearby there are local places (restaurants, ice cream shops, etc.) The sea is reachable both on foot and by free shuttles in less than 10 minutes. The property is very nice, we had the spacious blue room with a small balcony, the cleaning was done every day directly by the owners. Maybe the only downside is that there is no TV. The owners Anna and Matteo are very kind and spontaneously gave us all the information we needed. Definitely recommended.

A couple's stay at B&b La Casa degli Olmi in the center of Numana, for a weekend on the wonderful Conero Riviera. We really had a great time, the place is super cute, new, clean, and welcoming. Also, the managers are very kind and helpful for anything needed. Abundant and fresh quality breakfast. Located in the heart of Numana, with all services within reach and just steps from the sea. Convenient and elegant, we will definitely return. Thank you!

We stayed in this place, which I would say is perfect in every way. The managers are welcoming and helpful people. They also advised us where to go for dinner and which beach to visit. I would say they are two very friendly people. We will definitely return.

Excellent structure, welcome, cleanliness and everything else that awaits us. We stayed an entire week and it was a true vacation in the name of relaxation and comfort. If we should return to Numana (and I hope), we will definitely return to Anna and Matteo, two impeccable hosts.

The location is perfect, in the heart of the city, convenient for reaching both the sea and the main points of interest. La Casa degli Olmi in Numana is a bed and breakfast with three rooms in a very nice location just near the town hall of Numana. Our room was small but very well-kept and the managers were very kind. The breakfast in the courtyard was really well taken care of. Recommended.

We stayed at this very charming Bed and Breakfast for a week, the place is lovely in a great location, not far from the beach and close to the main services, very well-kept and clean. Our room was small but very nice, tastefully furnished. The internal courtyard is also very beautiful, covered by a lush wisteria plant, where breakfast is served, always abundant and varied. The owners are a close-knit couple and live on the property, always available for every need of the guests. Their care and passion for hospitality make it unique and made us feel at home.

My wife and I stayed at this bed and breakfast during the first week of October. The property is located in the center of Numana alta, a very convenient location both for spending an evening in the center and for reaching the beaches. La Casa degli Olmi is tastefully decorated, we found our room extremely clean and the homemade pie for breakfast was delicious. We particularly appreciated the kindness of the owners, Anna and Matteo, who proved to be exquisite and available for every request. We hope to return soon!

Last weekend (15/17 September) I stayed with my husband at the b&b La Casa degli Olmi. The owners live in the structure, a three-story house in the center of Numana, well-kept and with a warm and familiar atmosphere. A very relaxing place. On the ground floor there are the entrance, a small living room and the dining room with kitchen, which has access to an internally shaded courtyard with a climbing plant, with a table for breakfast. The three rooms are on the first floor, we stayed in the beige one, tastefully furnished, with a spacious wardrobe. The cleanliness of the room and the entire structure is top-notch! Comfortable bed and quiet room. In the morning, a plentiful and varied breakfast, tastefully arranged, like the whole environment. The kind, helpful, never intrusive hosts are the highlight of your holiday! We can't wait to come back.

We stayed for 6 nights in this bed and breakfast, the stay was particularly pleasant thanks to the kindness and friendliness of Anna and Matteo, whose company helped make our vacation more stimulating. The property is in a great location in the center of Numana, allowing you to walk to the beaches (Spiaggiola and Del Frate) and in the evening to stroll among shops, cafes, and restaurants. We recommend it.
