Our B&B is located at Montelicciano district of Montegrimano art city ideal for wellness, with generous spa waters and facilities (Terme di Monte Grimano - Villa di Carlo, Terme di Monte Grimano - Atena), in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, quiet, for enjoying a stunning panorama. "Il Sentiero Dei Goti" is design with meticulous attention to detail, a lovely, refined building.

Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to stroll around the lights and colours of the shopping streets, enjoy the scenery and experience local cuisine on various food and wine tours, take in countless cultural events and unique exhibitions, exploring museums and exhibition areas, wander amid the scents and sounds of the area's many gardens.

Continental breakfast buffet ALL INCLUDED IN THE PRICE, with drinks served at the table. During the summer they will be prepared in the garden. From 08. 00 until 9. 30 it serves a breakfast buffet full of goodies. Local food quality, great attention to the choice of flavors and health. With these principles the B & B puts you on the table a hearty breakfast, continental (sweet and salty) and the coffee bar on your request. In addition, to offer yourself an added value, you will find many flavors of our Region Marche and San Marino, every morning we offer different dishes according to the logic better: to follow the trend of the season and tradition: "The only real way to give more products fresh ". Beautiful place, starting from the breathtaking view of San Marino to the rooms that have all the necessary comforts. Not to mention the friendliness and availability of the owner who allowed us to park the camper inside; also great breakfast with background music. We will definitely come back, especially to try the pool and whirlpool currently under construction.

Amazing B&B! Spectacular view, friendly and welcoming hosts. I have never felt so appreciated despite my role as a "customer". I highly recommend it to everyone. Great for families with kids. The property is nothing short of "magical"; quiet, secluded, and welcoming. If it were a hotel, I would give it 5 stars and the decor is extraordinary!

I spent 3 days in this wonderful Bed and Breakfast, the availability of the owners was fantastic, for me who had a home there for years it was a bit like coming home, the view is wonderful, the breakfast exceptional. I recommend it both for the quality of the Bed and Breakfast and for the beauty of the places, thanks to Riccardo and Carla. Silvia and Mauro.

I got to know the property through a 2x1 offer to be used from 3 to 5 March. Due to work, we had to ask for cancellation but Riccardo was so kind as to keep the offer for us (of course, I had offered to pay for both nights) until the day I finally communicated the date of the stay, over two months later.\nBesides this, we felt at home.\nStunning location and view, for us who love uncrowded places. View of Monte Titano and a large garden where my dog Cookie, also well received, could have run as much as he wanted if he weren't so stubborn.\n\nIn conclusion, I thank Riccardo for his availability and kindness throughout the weekend.\nPaola & Alvise and Cookie.

Splendid structure located in an extraordinary position, room with breathtaking panoramic view directly on San Marino and Monte Titano, close to the main tourist locations. Very clean and well-kept premises. The owners Riccardo and Carla are very hospitable, kind, and available for any request. The breakfast is abundant and composed of fresh and quality products. We spent these three days in total tranquility, the hospitality of the owners made us feel at home. We will recommend it and will definitely come back. Thank you for everything.

Everything you would expect to find in a high-level setting, services, cleanliness, attention to detail, and friendliness, Carla and Riccardo have encapsulated them like a pearl in a shell in their B&B. We arrived in Emilia Romagna from Pordenone with our Vespa PX 125, here we found the perfect place that combines the peace of the hills, the genuineness of the Romagna countryside, and the proximity to both San Marino and the sea of Riccione and Rimini. It will definitely be a place we will recommend and return to.
