Our B&B is placed a stone's throw from the sea ideal for wellness, with generous spa waters and facilities (Terme di Carignano), in a location with a spectacular view nearby Collina. "Il Pignocco Country House" is a prestigious home for breathing in the scent of our past, a lovely, refined building, a period building where echoes of the past blend with modern comfort.

At B&B Il Pignocco COuntry House Breakfast is served every morning in the spacious manor dining room. A restored antique wooden table with chairs is at the center of the dining room. Each morning guests savor a plentiful breakfast surrounded by antiques, in a setting of terracotta tile floor and stunning old time furniture. The breakfast buffet meal is fresh and sourced! Breakfast includes homemade cakes, such as Almonds Apple Pie, Orange Donut, Jam or Chocolate Tart, Butter Biscuits, Lemon Plum Cake, Soft Jam Cake with Granulated Sugar, Croissants, Fresh Bread, ham and cheese. If you need a cup of coffee to wake you up, a fine aroma coffee, made with Italian "moka" is also available.

Incredible experience in a magnificent setting, the beautiful house overlooks a fabulous panorama with a sea view, and the pool among the olive trees is a haven of peace. We were very well received by Francesca, who recommended the best experiences/discoveries in the area.

Lovely place with a splendid view of Pesaro. The room has all the comforts. The park is very well maintained, with a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed due to the cold. The value for money is exceptional.

Beautiful 1700s Villa, impeccably cared for and maintained by the owners, very comfortable room with kitchenette and loft, delicious breakfast, prepared with homemade cakes and served in a beautiful ground floor room.

I stayed in the two-room apartment and I had a great time, the property is immersed in a well-kept park, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the city of Pesaro. The staff is very kind and I will definitely come back. Recommended!

Il Pignocco Country House is the ideal place to enjoy the absolute relaxation of the hills of Pesaro. It is located in a strategic position not far from the sea and ancient medieval villages, offering a wide range of opportunities to discover the province of Pesaro-Urbino by bike, by car or on foot. The B&B is suitable for families, couples, and solo travelers. Anna and Francesca welcome you with their kindness and attention to the customer. The spacious and well-equipped apartments have been completely renovated in absolute harmony with the medieval style. Absolutely recommended! Serena.

We stayed in the Feronia suite, a very unique location spread over 4 floors of a turret connected by a spiral staircase: on the first floor the small kitchen also equipped with a kettle with tea and herbal teas available, on the second floor the wardrobe and the bathroom with the whirlpool tub, on the third floor the bedroom with all the glass walls, on the fourth floor the solarium terrace. Although not particularly comfortable due to the many steps, it is certainly and absolutely fascinating: being able to admire the moon lying on the comfortable mattress, waking up to the chirping of birds or enjoying the stars on the solarium rocked by the breeze is truly rewarding, a unique and regenerating experience. The presentation on the website is truthful: “Uniqueness and originality characterize this room, where you sleep up there in the sky, among the stars and the clouds”. You feel suspended in the middle of nature. Impeccable cleanliness. Thanks to Anna and Francesca for making us experience this wonderful stay!

Location incantevole sulle colline di Pesaro, circondata da un bellissimo parco e da ulivi secolari. La struttura conserva tutto il fascino di un tempo, ma allo stesso tempo è dotata di tutti i confort che la tecnologia moderna offre. Le titolari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il silenzio, la pace, l'ospitalità e la nostra stanza, un grande appartamento, arredato deliziosamente. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Wonderful surroundings, lovely host and a top class service breakfast, cleanliness, spectacular swimming pool surrounded by olive trees... not to mention a breathtaking wiev from our exclusive tower suite. It almost seemed unreal. at times. What I also appreciate greatly (also having a little kid myself) is the approach based on genuinity, sustainability and preservation of the territory. Fantastico! !

Posizione bellissima, al culmine di una collina dominante Pesaro ed il mare, ad un tempo comoda alla sottostante autostrada ed isolata rispetto ad altre costruzioni. Vista panoramica a 360°. Parco enorme e ben curato, con giardinetto interno fra la casa principale e la piccola cappella accanto. La struttura è una antica casa estiva con fienile ristrutturata, una volta proprietà di famiglia nobile, le stanze (noi eravamo in 10, ne abbiamo occupate 5) sono ricavate sia nel corpo principale che nel fienile, hanno accesso indipendente dall'esterno e arredate semplicemente ma con gusto. Ognuna è dotata di angolo cucina o comunque di fuochi per prepararsi un caffè. La colazione è nella casa principale, dove vive una delle 2 sorelle che gestiscono la struttura. Torte, muffin e biscotti fatti in casa, ma anche salumi, formaggi e cerali, il tutto in una grande sala con tavolone ed una zona con poltrone e divano, dove decidere le escursioni. Tutto molto "giusto", famigliare ed amichevole. Le gestrici sono molto cortesi, mai invadenti ma sempre presenti, a loro abbiamo chiesto dove cenare nei 2 giorni che siamo stati ospiti, e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dei loro consigli. Grazie a loro, oltre a vedere Urbino, Gradara e il parco del monte San Bartolo (la panoramica dove si allenava Vale46 da ragazzo), abbiamo scoperto Montefabbri, un piccolo borgo molto carino. Penso sia inutile dire che lo consiglio!

Ottimo locale curato nei minimi particolari. Vista molto suggestiva su Pesaro e sul mare. Bella camera, pulita, con un bel bagno ed il riscaldamento efficiente. Una stanza che si può definire una bomboniera. I titolari gentili ed capaci. Nonostante il ritardo per colpa nostra ci hanno comunque fornito una colazione di gran livello. Un locale da non mancare per fare base su Pesaro e circondario.
