Il Maestrale

We spent a delightful week at the B&B "Il Maestrale". The location is excellent, the room is comfortable and has everything you need, but above all we appreciated Mrs. Marianna's kindness and attentiveness. Every morning she treated us to excellent breakfasts featuring homemade pastries. If you find yourself in the Conero area we highly recommend staying at this B&B.

Marianna and Luigi are fantastic! The property is a bit dated, but it lacks nothing; in fact, it may have more advantages than new properties where the bathroom doesn't even have a window. Here there was a small bathroom with a window, and the rooms had blackout blinds, perfect for someone like me who can't sleep with light. The room also has a small table to eat at and a fridge. The property also has a small garden to hang wet towels, not something to be taken for granted. In addition, the hosts provide a pass to park for free in Sirolo. The property is very close to the centre and to the trails for the San Michele and Sassi Neri beaches; there is also a free shuttle stop a few meters away. In short, a perfect property. Added to all this is the hospitality of Marianna and Luigi, always ready to help and attentive to your needs. Breakfast was excellent, with a new cake every morning and also pancakes! It was a very pleasant stay; of course the price is not very low, but we are in the centre of Sirolo, so it's a good compromise. Communication was excellent too.

The room was spacious and very clean. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was always very abundant and of the highest quality! We had a great stay, thank you!

Very pleasant stay, the Bed & Breakfast is logistically perfect, both for reaching the beaches and the center of Sirolo. The parking lots are very convenient and all services are reachable on foot in two minutes. The hosts are welcoming, friendly, courteous, welcoming you as if you were family. The homemade cakes by Mrs. Marianna, combined with her energetic spirit and good humor, are the first caress of the vacation day. We will definitely return!

B&B in an excellent location, practically in the center of Sirolo, starting point for the dirt path leading to San Michele beach. Thanks to the owners Luigi and Marianna, people from another era, we were greeted from the start with great kindness and availability. PS, there is no need to go to the information office as Mr. Luigi practically offers any information regarding trails, local places, history, villages to visit and more. We absolutely recommend this B&B and thank the owners from the bottom of our hearts.

Excellent structure, located on the main street of Sirolo. Mrs. Marianna provides guests with a very appreciated family treatment. Breakfast with fresh cakes made by Mrs. Nothing to complain about. The only negative point is having to leave the structure 😂

The B&B is very simple but comfortable, located in the center of Sirolo, close to the access to the paths leading to the beaches. The owners are very kind and always available for all your requests. The breakfasts made by Mrs. Marianna are fantastic, with homemade pies that are super good! The room is cleaned and tidied up every day. I recommend it to everyone if you don't have high expectations, but just want to enjoy all the beauty of Conero and its beaches.

Marianna and Luigi are two splendid people and run the B&B making you feel like a guest and not like a customer. Always available in any situation and full of advice on Sirolo and surroundings. Marianna's breakfasts will remain impressed for their goodness, Luigi's narratives for their always precise and punctual descriptions. Il Maestrale is strategically located to reach the beach and the town center and offers all the necessary amenities nearby. We spent 15 days here and we are very satisfied with the stay and having met two people like them.

Everything perfect.

Excellent location from which you can reach the beautiful beaches on foot. The structure is welcoming and Marianna and Luigi make you feel like family. Very friendly and sociable. Marianna is an excellent cook with her delicious cakes and Luigi is an excellent cultural and landscape informant. Couldn't have been better.

Maximum cleanliness and courtesy, you can reach the paths to the beaches practically from behind the house, abundant and healthy breakfast with fresh products cooked by Mrs. Marianna. It was like staying at a relative's house, with all the attention and courtesy reserved for us. Mr. Luigi, a local native, knows all the roads and paths and is keen to provide his guests with directions to reach everything worth a visit: famous and well-known places, but not only, there is so much to discover at Conero. Thank you for everything, we will definitely come back.

The structure is well maintained and welcoming. Marianna and Gigio are very kind, they gave us great advice and we spent a pleasant week in their company. The place is beautiful and full of breathtaking views. Highly recommended.

Marianna and Luigi are lovely, helpful people who are in love with the place. Breakfast is always delicious with homemade cakes and fruit, and upon request, you can have whatever you prefer. The room is very clean and the location is very convenient for the beaches and the town center; in 10 minutes on foot, you can also reach the center of Numana. Free parking available. Owners in love with this paradise, exquisite, friendly and helpful people even before you ask. Clean rooms and breakfast with fruit and excellent pastries. Convenient location to the bus stop, in the center of Sirolo, to the shops and to the park entrance to reach the beautiful sea. Highly recommended.

I stayed with my partner at this property during the week of Ferragosto and we had a great time. Excellent cleanliness, breakfast, and hospitality! I didn't give the highest marks in all areas just because the internet reception wasn't great (which didn't matter much to me) and because our room/bathroom were small, but we don't have high demands and I consider the quality-price ratio really good considering the location! The hosts made us feel at home and anything we needed, we just had to ask. In my opinion, an excellent location. What else to say? We will return! Thanks to Marianna and Luigi.

Comfortable and clean room. Maximum availability from the managers and disinterested and precise information. Excellent breakfast with very fresh products. Location a few steps from the village and the square, very close to the supermarket.

The B&B is located very close to the center of Sirolo where you can find the panoramic terrace with a fantastic view. Very kind owners, available for any information and ready to help us in any situation. Simple, clean and functional room overlooking the main street that hosts a nice market on Friday evenings. Excellent location for reaching the beaches on foot. Highly recommended structure also for the superb cakes prepared by Marianna for breakfast and for all the tips on the itineraries by Luigi.

Luigi and Marianna are two very kind people who take care of their guests, always making them feel comfortable. The rooms are simple, but spacious and clean, and inside there is also a boiler to make tea or herbal tea; the breakfast is plentiful and the cakes prepared by Marianna are always appreciated. The structure of its kind is recommendable.

We had a great time in a family environment with two delightful people like Mrs. Marianna, who offered us delicious breakfasts with local products and prepared by her, and Mr. Luigi who provided us with many indications for our itineraries. Good value for money.

I found myself in a familiar context, and as already mentioned, a simple and clean structure.

I stayed at Il Maestrale for two nights and what I appreciated the most, besides the excellent location for reaching the nearby beaches (15 minutes on foot through green paths), was the friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was plentiful and there were notable agreements reserved for customers for restaurants and attractions in the area. During the weekend, the price is slightly higher than the rest of the week but it's worth it, as the structure offers everything needed for a great vacation. Highly recommended.
