Our breakfast is the traditional Mediterranean breakfast with milk, coffee, and jams, enriched by the scents and flavors of our homemade pastries and fresh seasonal fruit from the Marche countryside. During the summer, it is served in the covered area of the garden with a view of the colors of the surrounding hills and just steps away from the pool. In the winter period, it is served in our family dining room. Upon request, it is possible to enjoy a savory breakfast and options for those with celiac disease.

A charming B&B, located on the hill, surrounded by lots of greenery. Simoneta was very attentive in allowing an early check-in. The room is in an old house, very comfortable and beautiful. The breakfast is excellent, with homemade delights, coffee, milk. Located near the road, easy access. I definitely recommend it and hope to come back there.

Very pretty and welcoming property. Quiet and family-friendly atmosphere. Located on a hill, but very close to the sea. The owners are helpful and give excellent recommendations on what to visit and where to eat.

Place located in a strategic position, panoramic area among the hills and away from tourist traffic, but 15 minutes from the beaches and points of interest. The garden and the pool are well maintained, classic and well-kept furnishings. Excellent welcome and availability.

Charming! An oasis of tranquility immersed in nature. The care of the rooms, the greenery, and the pool is outstanding. The rooms are equipped with all comforts and super clean. We spent the whole day by the pool, and it was a day of complete relaxation, including umbrella and deck chairs. The final touch that makes the structure even more pleasant, the very kind owners. Ready to have a chat, recommend places and locations for dinner, and provide any needs and necessities. The breakfast is homemade, and I highly recommend the fig jam, amazing! I will definitely return.

Owners of the structure very helpful and friendly. Beautifully restored rustic, outdoor breakfast in summer, very pleasant panorama and also equipped with a pool. Also a few km from the sea. Hope to come back soon.

Lovely place surrounded by greenery, relaxation, and hospitality. The owners are exquisite people. I stayed with my husband for one night to attend a concert. We will definitely come back for a longer period!
