We liked everything, the only thing that disappointed us a bit was breakfast. It was written that it would be ready by 06:45, but unfortunately at seven it was still not ready. Everything else was perfect.

Positive: The room is well-kept and clean. The whole hotel is well maintained and clean, including the outdoors. The rooms downstairs are all well organized. Negative: In the room, slippers were missing, I had to go get them myself. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, you can hear noise and more. The toilet is extremely small. In the room, I didn't find the extractor fan for the shower steam. Extremely negative: It's not possible to open the window, otherwise the room is flooded with a horrible smell.

A beautiful experience lived on April 23 in this structure. Modern, clean and welcoming. What can I say, I would gladly return. Excellent location for excursions in Conero. A structure that deserves 4 stars, excellent value for money.

I stayed at the Hotel Ristorante La Perla with my boyfriend for one night, we were very impressed by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The environments are very modern, the room is very nice and equipped with wires and clips to hang clothes on the windows, the bathroom is comfortable and provided with practical kits for shaving and personal hygiene. The location is a 15-minute drive from the sea, on the main road, quite convenient. The breakfast has some limited choices, but it is good and complete for a three-star hotel. If we were to return to Conero, we will definitely take it into consideration!

Everything perfect just a little unfriendly the breakfast time until 9, especially if you travel for leisure it would be nice to have breakfast until 10.30, as in many other places. We still went down at 9.15 a bit rushed but they still served us with kindness. I would add some more food to the buffet, but otherwise a truly impeccable hotel.

A beautiful new structure, clean and with friendly staff. Good restaurant service, excellent food quality. The location is strategic, although it is far from the center, it allows you to reach other nearby locations in a few minutes, always using the car. The breakfast is sufficient, but served impeccably, respecting the anti-Covid rules. The price may be a bit high for a 3-star, a small adjustment could be made, but I would definitely come back.

Very nice and innovative hotel, large and well-kept rooms. Good management, very kind! The convenience is that in about 15 minutes you are at Conero. One point of great merit, in my opinion, is the very good restaurant with excellent fish and reasonable prices. What I liked less is the breakfast, even though abundant, some things like pastries or sweets did not appeal to us... in my opinion, it needs to be reviewed (but it's understandable that our taste may be different from others). Overall, excellent Hotel.

Staff available and kind. Room cleaning always accurate and careful. Quality of both sweet and savory breakfast is excellent. We also had dinner at the restaurant with à la carte menu and we had a great time, first and second courses excellent and plentiful. Particular combinations but specifically designed. Excellent value for money. A special thanks to Mattia always kind and attentive.

Great people from the first to the last, kind and helpful, beautiful rooms, love the shower! Very clean and quiet, despite some construction works in the facility, I didn't notice anything. Excellent cuisine! The breakfast was the only aspect to review... Limited and ordinary choices. Overall, my rating is 10. Thank you.

Structure near the main roads, excellent base if you intend to have a cultural vacation. New environment still under renovation. The only negative point is that the wifi is a bit too slow. Otherwise, the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff are really excellent. We had a great time.

Beautiful experience, ultra clean, brand new, detailed rooms. Really a super pleasant place, services and customer service worth noting. The only, albeit small, flaw is the breakfast: the pastries, even at 8 in the morning, were really very dry and not very enjoyable, cappuccinos, juices, etc. all good!

Being in a peripheral area, the location of Hotel Ristorante La Perla allows easy access to nearby locations both by the sea and inland. The recent renovation has created new, pleasant, and well-kept environments. The room is spacious and comfortable, the bathroom functional, the cleanliness impeccable. The breakfast at the bar is satisfying. The managers are very kind and professional. The stay was highly enjoyable.

Nice structure being expanded. Very kind staff, especially Mattia who gives great advice on the areas to visit, always accurate advice. Very convenient location with your own car, necessary anyway to visit the Conero. Absolutely recommendable.

The stay was pleasant, very kind. If we really have to make a criticism, it is about breakfast as it takes place in the hotel's bar which is open to the public, so a bit chaotic being a thoroughfare.

We stayed one night. Hotel near the highway exit, really convenient for those like us who stopped to break a long journey. Nice, modern and clean hotel. Friendly staff. The restaurant-pizzeria connected to the hotel is also good. The only downside is the breakfast: served at the bar/tobacconist, open to passersby, a bit too chaotic and it's not clear what and how much one can eat.
