We had a great time here. The host is very helpful and friendly indeed and did everything to help us. The property is convenient for the beach and the breakfast is simple but lovely. We will come back. Thank you.

Although Hotel Italia is a bit dated, it has everything you need. Kindness, cleanliness, and cordiality.

Extreme kindness of the staff and the manager, seafront structure with an excellent beach service. It's a pity that the bathroom remains in the 70s, unsuitable for a hotel, old and blackened by wear and tear, paint peeling from the door, shower without a nozzle, worn-out sanitary ware. In short, a feeling of old and dirty that's hard to swallow, a great pity. The breakfast is sufficient.

Buongiorno, grazie per la Sua recensione. Grazie per aver puntualizzato la nostra gentilezza e la nostra posizione con davanti il mare e la nostra spiaggia privata. Non posso darLe torto riguardo alla struttura datata, ma sono in programma lavori di ristrutturazione. Purtroppo i tempi sono lunghi e le cifre importanti, ma assicuro che ogni anno viene eseguita qualche miglioria, importante o non, e nel mentre cerchiamo di sopperire alle nostre mancanze con i nostri punti di forza. Riguardo alla pulizia, abbiamo già provveduto a parlare con l'impresa da ci ci serviamo per far sì che non si riproponga più una cosa del genere. Riguardo alla colazione, mi spiace molto apprendere che non sia stata gradita, dato che ero davvero convinta del contrario, con dolci e pasticcini fatti in casa che variavano ogni giorno.

A very good hotel considering the proximity to the center, the courtesy, punctuality, and the family management which, in my opinion, is always a plus.

L'albergo è a gestione familiare sin dai tempi dei miei nonni e cerchiamo di mettere l'anima in tutto quello che facciamo: il cliente è la nostra priorità e ci teniamo che si senta come a casa. Grazie per aver evidenziato solo le nostre cose positive, sorvolando su quelle negative, a cui stiamo cercando anno dopo anno di rimediare per offrire un servizio ad hoc a ciascun cliente.

We stayed for one night at Hotel Italia. The hotel is dated and the sea view room without air conditioning, perhaps due to this year's excessive heat, was a nightmare. Cleaning not up to par, I had the feeling that the sheets had not been changed. Not to mention the shower with the curtain: resulted in a flooded bathroom. We opted for half board and the food quality was really basic, I expected something more. It's okay for one night, but I don't recommend it: low value for money.

L'hotel è degli anni '60, ma assicuriamo che ogni anno effettuiamo migliorie visibili al cliente e non, importanti e non, a seconda della disponibilità economica, tra cui i bagni e l'aria condizionata nelle ultime sedici camere. La camera viene pulita totalmente nel momento in cui vi sono una partenza e un arrivo, chiedo scusa se ha sentito quella sgradevole sensazione. Sul cibo resto davvero sorpresa: davvero pochissimi si sono lamentati, siamo davvero spiacenti che non abbia gradito. Vedremo di migliorare e di stare più attenti riguardo le cose che ci ha segnalato.

Well managed, the family management has proven to be serious and at the same time kind and professional. Abundant breakfast, but if they could read my advice, they could limit themselves to providing only one additional meal for those who are not satisfied with Bed and Breakfast, that is a half board treatment maybe at noon and not in the evening, since there is a wide choice of restaurants, pizzerias and bistros on the seafront. The structure, bathrooms and tiles in particular, has remained that of the sixties, but there is TV, air conditioning and wifi connection on all floors.

Siamo molto contenti che abbia trovato il Suo soggiorno da noi piacevole, grazie per avere sottolineato i punti forti della nostra conduzione familiare: serietà, gentilezza e professionalità sono alla base, oltre a un lato umano che siamo contenti di mostrare al cliente al fine di farlo sentire a casa. L'intera struttura è soggetta a ristrutturazioni continue, purtroppo le cifre sono importanti e i tempi lunghi, ma assicuriamo che ogni anno viene effettuata qualche miglioria. Temo che ci sia stata un'incomprensione, grazie per averla scritta: Lei ha fatto mezza pensione, che è un trattamento che abbiamo sempre fatto insieme alla pensione completa e all' "All Inclusive". Diamo sempre la possibilità di scelta tra pranzo o cena ed è possibile scegliere o cambiare ogni giorno previa comunicazione. Ci auguriamo di averLa ancora tra i nostri clienti.
