Friendly welcome, essential and clean environment. Just for the view from the window of the Basilica of Loreto, it is worth staying at this B&B.

Impeccable. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The owner, moreover, is a lovely person who really makes you feel at home. Even though we stayed at another property in the same town the next day, she kindly kept our luggage so we could retrieve it in the late afternoon, despite us having left the room in the morning. If in the area again, we will not hesitate to return there!

Mrs. Sara is very hospitable. Always kind. The room is always clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the bathroom is not in the room even though adjacent. In my opinion, the room should be renovated and made more functional. Since the furnishings belong to a past era, the electrical system should be reviewed. Everything else is ok.

Extremely clean structure, excellent availability of Sara, punctuality of the breakfast time chosen by us. View of the dome of the basilica and in the background the sea... \nWe recommend it.

Excellent welcome and availability. Sara is nice and attentive. The room is close to the center and has a beautiful view of the cathedral. We will come back.

Great for 1 or 2 overnight stays, room with private bathroom, inside the apartment of the owner Sara, very kind and helpful.

The double room of the BnB is located inside the owner's apartment, very courteous and helpful. The room is well insulated and next to it there is access to the private bathroom. The window of the room overlooks a quiet little street and not far away you can see the sanctuary of Loreto. The room is equipped with a small refrigerator, fresh water on arrival, TV, small breakfast table. The room is ideal for one night, in my opinion, however, the bed is not very comfortable, the mattress is not one double but two singles joined together. The breakfast is not exactly as represented in the photo (there were mainly snacks and packaged products and there was no fruit) but I imagine this was a precaution related to the Covid situation.

Grazie molte per la recensione positiva. A puntualità cerco di rispondere con puntualità. Mi spiace per il letto (il materasso è nuovo, in memory, composto da due singoli per motivi logistici) ma, come si dice, de gustibus, ci mancherebbe. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, come lei stesso ha scritto, il problema covid la rende qualcosa di inevitabilmente diverso da ciò a cui eravamo abituati, dovendo ridurre al minimo l'offerta di cibi manipolabili. Da qui la necessità di servire dolci confezionati e la scelta di non mettere a disposizione frutta (la foto è rappresentativa; se uno non trova i biscotti di quella marca o, come in questo caso, decide, per motivi di sicurezza,  di non servire frutta, non dovrebbe essere quasi ammonito). Oggigiorno credo possano essere considerate una nota di merito queste attenzioni, non un difetto, ma tant'è.

Great value for money, very clean bathroom, excellent location, clean and spacious room located in the large apartment of the owners, very discreet. Sara was kind and helpful. We had no problem with parking, we parked on the street. Very convenient.

We only stayed for two days but we would have stayed much longer. Fantastic company and fabulous view. Excellent breakfast even consumed in the room, as the latter is really spacious. Precious furniture and everything cared for with great elegance. We will definitely come back.
