Nothing to say about the friendliness and kindness of the owner, very welcoming and helpful. The room is in an old apartment, the furniture may or may not be to your liking. However, the night spent was a nightmare... windows without mosquito nets, the air conditioning was non-existent because it had a shutdown timer 😓, it was 40 degrees and we were eaten alive by mosquitoes, it was hard to breathe, we wanted to escape! I absolutely do not recommend it. The price is not bad, but it's not worth it!

Extremely clean structure, excellent availability of Sara, punctuality of the breakfast time chosen by us. View of the dome of the basilica and in the background the sea... \nWe recommend it.

Excellent welcome and availability. Sara is nice and attentive. The room is close to the center and has a beautiful view of the cathedral. We will come back.

Ottimo per 1 o 2 pernottamenti, camera con bagno riservato, all'interno dell'appartamento della titolare Sara, gentilissima e disponibile.

La camera matrimoniale del BnB si trova all'interno dell'appartamento della proprietaria, molto cortese e disponibile. La stanza è ben isolata e di fianco ad essa si ha accesso al bagno ad uso privato. La finestra della camera si affaccia su una stradina tranquilla e poco distante si scorge il santuario di Loreto. La camera è allestita con piccolo frigorifero, acqua fresca all'arrivo, tv, piccolo tavolino per la colazione. La stanza è ideale per una notte, a mio parere però il letto non è molto comodo, il materasso non è uno solo matrimoniale ma sono due singoli uniti insieme. La colazione non è esattamente quella rappresentata nella foto (c'erano soprattutto merendine e prodotti confezionati e non c'era frutta) ma immagino che ciò sia stata una precauzione relativa alla situazione Covid.

Grazie molte per la recensione positiva. A puntualità cerco di rispondere con puntualità. Mi spiace per il letto (il materasso è nuovo, in memory, composto da due singoli per motivi logistici) ma, come si dice, de gustibus, ci mancherebbe. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, come lei stesso ha scritto, il problema covid la rende qualcosa di inevitabilmente diverso da ciò a cui eravamo abituati, dovendo ridurre al minimo l'offerta di cibi manipolabili. Da qui la necessità di servire dolci confezionati e la scelta di non mettere a disposizione frutta (la foto è rappresentativa; se uno non trova i biscotti di quella marca o, come in questo caso, decide, per motivi di sicurezza,  di non servire frutta, non dovrebbe essere quasi ammonito). Oggigiorno credo possano essere considerate una nota di merito queste attenzioni, non un difetto, ma tant'è.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, bagno pulitissimo, ottima posizione, camera pulita e ampia situato nel grande appartamento del proprietari, molto discreti. Sara è stata gentile e disponibile. Per il parcheggio non abbiamo avuto alcun problema, l'abbiamo parcheggiata in strada. comodissimo.

Siamo stati solamente due giorni ma saremmo rimasti molto più a lungo. Compagnia fantastica e vista favolosa. Ottima colazione consumata addirittura in camera, essendo quest'ultima davvero spaziosa. Arredo di pregio e tutto curato con grande eleganza. Torneremo sicuramente.
