We stayed at this property and had a great time. Giuliana, the owner, was very kind, prepared us an excellent breakfast, and was available to advise us. I forgot to mention the impeccable cleanliness. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful weekend! We stayed for two nights in this beautiful B&B, what can I say... Even if I wanted to, I couldn't find a flaw! Everything was excellent, first and foremost the welcome from Giuliana - very kind and helpful -, impeccable cleanliness, tastefully furnished rooms, and a delicious breakfast with fresh or homemade products. Great location and convenient for moving around the nearby villages. I will definitely return and will recommend it without a doubt.

We stayed in this bed and breakfast for two nights. The property is very well maintained, cleanliness is impeccable, the room and the bathroom are large and have everything you need. The breakfast is excellent. The host Giuliana was friendly and welcoming from the moment we checked in, she gave us all the necessary information to explore the area. So what can I say... highly recommended! If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely know where to stay. A hug also to dad and brother and see you next time.

Beautiful structure immersed in the greenery of the hills. Attention to detail, spacious room decorated with taste. The owners are very kind. Excellent breakfast. Ideal place for those looking for tranquility. Just a few km from Recanati. We will return.

We stayed for one night in this recently renovated Casale Ermo Colle with a spectacular view of the hills of Loreto and found a meticulously cared for, very clean environment managed by friendly owners. A special thanks to Giuliana for her kindness and attention she had towards me as a celiac.
