I highly recommend.

We were warmly welcomed. The rooms are clean and very modern. The location is a dream. Breakfast left nothing to be desired. We also had the luck to be cooked by Matteo. We will come back.

I can only say that everything was perfect. The property is truly very beautiful and above all very clean. The view from our room was really wonderful and the breakfast with fresh products and homemade cakes was excellent, the ciambellone was truly amazing. Thanks to Chiara and her husband for their kindness and hospitality.

Chiara makes you feel immediately at home, welcoming you like family. The property is cared for in every detail and has been beautifully renovated. The place is surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Definitely worth returning to.

Excellent atmosphere and management.Chiara and Matteo were very helpful.We will definitely return.

We stayed only for one night but we had a wonderful time! The B&B is new, clean and modern, with a spectacular view. An oasis of peace! The owners are extremely kind, friendly and attentive to everything. We spent a pleasant evening in their company. Our daughter also had a great time with their two children. Excellent for people traveling with pets! In the room we found a kit for our kitten. We highly recommend this B&B and we will definitely return!

Recommended for families or just for relaxing. A few kilometers from the sea and the city center, quiet and recently renovated with a beautiful panoramic view! The kindness of the owners adds to it all.

Every year we return to Casa Addis where, along with my two little dogs, we feel in paradise.

The hosts are very friendly, you feel at home. Our little Linda (dog) was also very well received and got a small gift. It is located in an ideal area, a few minutes in nature and a few more minutes to the sea (with dog beach). We had a great time and will come back again.

Weekend with friends seeking relaxation and slowness. Casa Addis is an oasis of tranquility among the olive trees with a stunning view of the sea and the nearby city of Senigallia. Chiara and Matteo have renovated an old farmhouse paying attention to every detail, from the choice of materials to the references to Ethiopia where they lived and which they wanted to bring with them into the rooms and in the stories they share with guests. Hospitality and availability are the distinguishing elements of the two hosts. Special mention for the homemade cakes for breakfast.

Casa Addis is located in a beautiful position in Senigallia. During my stay, the weather wasn't the best, however the B&B is situated in a hilly area with a view of the sea. Away from the chaos and immersed in nature. Choosing to stay here is not just about sleeping and having breakfast but especially about carrying on the dream of Chiara and her husband who treat guests as if they were friends and make them stay in super well-kept, super clean, and super high-quality environments. I felt great and recommend it to anyone who takes a trip to the Marche and wants to stay away from the chaos, in a relaxing environment.

Beautiful bed and breakfast very convenient for those traveling by car and needing to stay overnight. New and very clean place. Wonderful welcome. Chiara and Matteo are very kind and helpful. Breakfast with local products. For those traveling with children, there is also a small play area outside. We will return and recommend it.

I stayed for a few days with my German shepherd. Everything was perfect. The location is spectacular with a view of the sea from the hill in the countryside where the structure is located. There are expanses of greenery and olive trees around. There are endless spaces available for walks with the dog. Wonderful owners. Discreet but available for any need at any moment. A few minutes away you can go down to Senigallia or the motorway. Abundant breakfast with a wide choice for every taste or request. Spacious, brand new, and very clean room. Absolutely satisfied and ready to return whenever the opportunity arises.

Returning from our vacation, we made a pit stop at this brand new facility, just outside the highway, on a hill surrounded by greenery, full of relaxation corners to enjoy views of the sea and fields. The owner Chiara welcomed and hosted us wonderfully. We listened with interest to the birth and the goals she intends to achieve in this facility and in her life in the coming years. A charming place among the hills and the sea that can be reached in 5 minutes. The rooms and the attached bathroom are well cleaned and very welcoming. But above all Chiara and Matteo, the owners, are two exquisite people who enchanted us with the stories of their travels: Chiara is sweet and smiling and Matteo is always available to recommend the best restaurants and much more. The beautiful atmosphere you will find will not be given only by the place but especially by those who manage it. A heartfelt thank you for everything!

Discovered online and booked for 15 days between July and August, "Casa Addis" turned out to be a magnificent experience that made our vacation wonderful! I believe that people really make a difference, because it is thanks to their dedication and passion that impeccable results are achieved in hospitality. Spotlessly clean structure, well-kept and absolutely comfortable room, all the right spaces for relaxation, both indoors and outdoors. The location is definitely an added value: the view spans the panorama of the hills and the sea in front of Senigallia, a very pleasant breeze constantly pampered us during two weeks that were truly "boiling". Within reach of the sea, the center and commercial and tourist services, with the opportunity for valuable food and wine discoveries in the surrounding area thanks to the always appreciated suggestions of Chiara and Matteo! The hospitality you reserved for us was heartfelt. A hug, guys!

We spent a couple of nights in this wonderful bed and breakfast in the hills of Senigallia that truly left us speechless in every aspect: starting from the welcoming of the owners, Chiara and Matteo, who immediately made us feel at home with their kindness, friendliness, and great availability. Moving on to the structure, it is brand new, rooms and bathroom taken care of in every detail and equipped with every comfort. Then in the morning, we couldn't wait to wake up to discover what awaited us for breakfast served on the veranda in front of a breathtaking view. Indeed, besides all these positive points, it is also the location that makes Casa Addis unique: hills with sunflowers all around, that quietness that characterizes the countryside, and in front of us the sea reachable in a few minutes by car. In short, a highly recommended structure and experience for those looking for relaxation, the sea nearby, comfort, but also and above all sharing with the owners who, even though their House is not yet completely finished, will know how to make something that in our opinion is already perfect even better.
