The property is located very remotely in the countryside, approximately a 15-minute drive from Cagli. It is furnished in traditional Italian style; not modern but very clean. Unfortunately, there is only limited private outdoor seating. The garden is natural and not particularly tidy but offers spectacular views. The host lives on the property and is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

Location in the middle of the countryside but still close to Cagli. Breathtaking scenery and absolute tranquility. Matteo chose the right place to pursue his passion. It's a pity about the somewhat rough road; otherwise everything was great.

Grazie di cuore, Mattia, per la bellissima recensione e per aver apprezzato la quiete, il panorama e l’atmosfera della nostra struttura. Siamo felici che la posizione, immersa nella campagna ma vicina a Cagli, ti abbia permesso di vivere un soggiorno rilassante. Le tue parole sulla nostra passione per questo luogo ci fanno particolarmente piacere. Ci dispiace invece per il tratto di strada un po’ accidentato: essendo in area rurale, alcune condizioni dipendono anche dal fondo stradale e dal periodo dell’anno, ma terremo conto della segnalazione per indicare meglio agli ospiti il percorso più comodo. Speriamo di poterti accogliere nuovamente presto! Matteo.

Matteo told us that he opened it just over a year ago and is putting a lot of energy and enthusiasm into it. I believe it can still improve a lot, but the place is a paradise and his enthusiasm is a rare quality.
