I stayed with my partner for a week and we were pleasantly impressed by this location. The room was very large with a beautiful bathroom. Good breakfast with some homemade cakes by the very kind lady. The property is very close to the highway exit, near the sea and other towns. Maybe another time, if we decide to return to the sea in the Marche, we'll know where to go. Highly recommended.

We stayed as guests at B&B Il Boschetto and were extremely satisfied. The facility is taken care of in every detail, spotless and welcoming, with a family atmosphere that made us feel at home right away. The location is excellent, convenient for reaching places of interest and the highway. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, with fresh products. We stayed one night on our way back from vacation. The structure, although not new, is located very close to the highway exit and a few minutes from the waterfront of Porto Sant'Elpidio. The lady who welcomed us was exceptionally courteous and kind, making us feel completely at ease. The rooms, although not new, were very clean, comfortable and the bathroom was complete with every comfort. The structure has a private internal parking lot which is not a small thing for those traveling with a lot of luggage. The breakfast completes the stay, offering you fantastic homemade pastries from the hostess who makes you feel like family. We will definitely return and will not hesitate to recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

Welcoming family management. Cleanliness, courtesy, and simplicity characterize it. The villa, easily reachable from the motorway exit, is located in the area of shopping and industrial centers. The room, with an attached bathroom, was simple but well maintained and comfortable. Parking is available within the private area of the Bed and Breakfast.

Great stop if you are traveling. Of course, it is also fine if you want to stay for a few days at the sea. Very convenient because it is located at the exit of the highway but in the right position to be quiet in silence, as the structure is definitely immersed in greenery. The owner we met was very kind, as was her son, Mr. Luca, with whom we spoke on the phone with extreme kindness. Highly recommended. Breakfast is good and abundant, even though it is only sweet, but it is understandable.

Big and quite clean room, too bad I killed at least a dozen mosquitoes and tiny little bugs. Since there was a mosquito net, there shouldn't have been so many mosquitoes. Delicious homemade breakfast. The owner is very kind.

I stayed three nights in this structure, together with my husband and our 13-year-old daughter. The managers are very kind, helpful and ready to help and/or give useful information. The welcome was exceptional and the breakfast plentiful and tasty. \n\nAn extremely important aspect is that, by informing them beforehand, they provided gluten-free products for my daughter, who is celiac. The room and bathroom were truly large, spacious, comfortable, and, above all, very clean. \n\nThe garden is a real gem, well-kept and delightful. The location is strategic, in a few minutes by car we were at the baseball field, the reason for our visit, at the sea, in the city center, at Conad, at Eurospin, and at the shoe outlets.\n\nThank you very much for your hospitality. We hope to see you again next year.

It is an excellent stopover structure for crossing Italy. The place is located away from noise and very close to the highway exit. As personal advice, the breakfast should be enriched with something savory and fresh bread: there are too many packaged products. For me, it is not a suitable structure for more than one night.

The structure is very welcoming with warm owners. The bed is located near the exit of the motorway toll booth of Porto Sant'Elpidio (FM). It is a bit far from the center on foot, but by car it can be reached in about 5 minutes. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the relaxation of a structure surrounded by the greenery of the garden.
