Everything was great. The room is in the very center of the city. Franca was really helpful. Everything goes smooth and easily. Perfect for holidays mood!

Very kind and honest owner, available for any doubts or needs. Despite having had difficulties during the trip, there were no issues. The perfect location, a few steps from the center and away from the noise. We found a clean and welcoming environment, breakfast was offered in three locations in the center, two of which offered their own pastry production and one of them was listed in the Gambero Rosso guide.

Very central location, basically you step out and you're in the main square. Wi-fi available. Everything perfect. Spacious bathroom with shower and bidet. Kettle and hairdryer. Double bed and cot. There's also a fridge. Highly recommended.

Bnb spread out, with several addresses all central. Expect to find parking before entering the historic center, reserved for residents.

We stayed at the property in Piazza Ventidio Basso. The room is located in a historic building in the center but close to external parking lots. Very friendly managers, they always responded quickly to our requests. The room was very clean, recommended!

Excellent apartment, very central, close to the parking, brand new and there is everything, from breakfast to the hair straightener. The owner is extremely helpful and provided us with many useful information. Fair and consistent price for the New Year period when other operators have doubled their normal rates. Very clean, highly recommended.

Excellent hospitality. The property is a stone's throw away from the major attractions that the historic center of Ascoli Piceno offers. Furnished with taste, very clean, with all the comforts one could desire. I stayed in the room with an attached terrace from which you can enjoy the enchanting view of the city's rooftops. Mrs. Franca was caring, leaving directions and suggestions on the major points of interest and where to taste the local specialties. Highly recommended.

Lovely, spacious room, tastefully furnished and equipped with care, splendid bathroom, a "love at first sight", with a fantastic shower and a unique view (as seen from the room's window) over the medieval roofs of Ascoli Piceno, a fascinating city, proud of its artistic, architectural, cultural, and gastronomic heritage. Recommended stay and worth repeating also for the generous, discreet but "attentive" welcome from Franca, friendly and very polite hostess.
