The apartment is very nice and the location is perfect, especially if you are in Urbino to experience the history of the comune or if you need to visit the passport office [it is essentially across the street]. It is a very nice apartment, you could work from it if you needed to. My only complaint is the size of the shower, but I am not a small guy either. I am a weightlifter and weigh 110 kgs / 230 lbs, so the small shower was a struggle for me. But otherwise, I definitely recommend.

Very centrally located. Nice rooms with a great bathroom. Friendly and helpful operator. Highly recommended. Only downside: On the day of my stay (March 18, 2025), there was loud music on the street until late at night. Hopefully just an isolated case.

I can only recommend this structure to everyone who intends to stay in Urbino, especially because it is extremely strategic for visits to the main monuments of the country. Although the palace is ancient, inside the room is tastefully furnished and the ceilings are frescoed. The only downside (if we want to call it that) is that the accommodation is located in a ZTL and therefore it is not possible to reach it and park the car at home, but you have to walk those 5 or 10 minutes to reach the structure; furthermore, it should be noted that the path to reach it on foot is on a steep slope at the end of a descent, so my advice is to check the location with Maps if someone has mobility issues, but otherwise, it is definitely worth trying.

Weekend at the end of September as a couple. Rooms on the second floor in a historic building but with the surprise of an elevator! Pleasant stay, very central structure, Mr. Michele very helpful. Recommended.

I was very satisfied because the structure is located in the center of Urbino, the windows of the room overlook the central Via Raffaello. The room is spacious and illuminated by two windows, the bathroom is large and comfortable. In addition, there is a kitchen-dining room where you can prepare and have breakfast.

Beautiful room, welcoming and friendly manager, great location, definitely competitive price. Good and well-stocked breakfast, it's a shame that there are no foods for intolerants.
