The location is excellent, just a block off the beach and close to several good restaurants. The hosts were wonderful and made sure to provide any information we needed such as places to visit and to eat. All turned out to be great recommendations. The bedroom itself was clean and functional. Breakfast was typically minimalist Italian - coffee, juice, fruit and a delicious slice of homemade cake.

The B&B is located 5 minutes from the sea, easily reachable on foot. The rooms are bright and comfortably furnished, and breakfast is typically Italian. We were warmly welcomed and given tips for excursions. In addition to Italian, communication in English is also good. We will gladly come back.

The property is welcoming, new and very clean, in a strategic location within walking distance of Numana's town center and the beaches. The availability of private parking is excellent. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. We recommend it.

Beautiful structure, carefully furnished in shabby chic style, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where it is possible to sunbathe for most of the day. Simple, yet elegant rooms, with meticulous cleaning. The property is just a stone's throw from the beach and not far from the historic center. The hosts Gabriele and Giovanna are very welcoming and friendly, ready to fulfill all requests and/or curiosities. The breakfast is excellent with homemade cakes and jams, fresh bread, and fresh fruit. During the period used, the quality/price ratio was very good. Thank you very much to both of you.

Gabriele and Giovanna very kind, they gave us a truly perfect stay. Beautiful, modern structure, a few meters from the sea and the center of Numana. Air conditioning (even if not necessary) like a five-star hotel. Large bathroom with window, of great value. Excellent spacious internal parking, with a bit of effort for the uphill-downhill. Panoramic terrace with sun loungers and sea view.

The excellent facility has beautiful and clean rooms. In our opinion, there is a lack of a refrigerator in the room, even though there is one in the common area to be shared among the three rooms. There is also a lack of a safe.

Very nice, well-kept and clean B&B. The managers are very friendly and welcoming. Fabulous terrace. Less positive aspects: having asked for a triple room, we expected a more spacious one. If I can suggest something: I would change the towels every day and add a mini fridge in the rooms. Overall a very beautiful and well-kept structure, even in the details.

Second trip to Numana and second time at B&B Vivere il Mare. Beautiful location for how the structure is kept, both inside and outside; beautiful the room, the garden, the common terrace, and the view that reaches the sea. Excellent breakfast and the availability, courtesy, and kindness of the owners. With a walk you can reach the sea and the historic center (in the evening we walked to Sirolo and Marcelli). Services at hand.

My husband and I stayed for two days and we felt at home. Courteous, helpful, present, but discreet managers. It was our first time in the Marche region and I would say it was a beautiful experience. Waking up in the morning and seeing the sea through the pine trees reconciles you with the world and fills you with serenity. We will come back.

Among all the holidays we have had so far, this one will absolutely remain in our hearts, not only because the Riviera del Conero is wonderful and full of surprises, but also for the welcome and hospitality that Gabriele and Giovanna have provided us. We spent 16 nights and from the beginning we felt comfortable, we felt pampered not only by the delicious homemade breakfasts, but also by their advice on places to visit, restaurants, excursions, etc... They have always been very caring towards us, always showing interest in how we spent our days. As for the room, nothing to say: excellent furniture and above all excellent cleanliness. 12-day holiday at the end of June in a very interesting area for naturalistic and cultural aspects. The structure is very well managed by polite and helpful people who deserve the highest rating. The only drawback is difficult access with a car.

We have just returned from eight days at this B&B and we can only recommend it to all those who want to spend their holidays in Numana. The structure is very recent, tastefully furnished and very clean. It has private parking which I believe is essential and a terrace with sea view and ventilated where you can enjoy your meals while enjoying the panorama. Its location is perfect as in a few minutes walk you can reach the beach and the center so you can forget about the car! Excellent breakfast with homemade cakes, cappuccino, coffee, fruit juices, yogurt etc. whatever we wanted and Giovanna and Gabriele brought them to you in a second since there was no buffet due to Covid. Spacious room since we were three as well as the bathroom and, like everything else, furnished with very good taste just in the style that I like. I can only conclude with a review for the owners who were very kind and always available giving us advice and helping us with reservations at some restaurants. I would say everything perfect.

Giovanna and Gabriele very nice, kind and helpful. The structure is new, clean and in a strategic position (3 minutes walk from the beach, 5 from the port and 10 from Numana center). The only flaw is the very steep car access ramp, which risks climbing on 3 wheels. Outdoor parking is almost entirely reserved for residents.

The B&B is brand new and clean, just a stone's throw from the sea and the historic center. The owners were very helpful with some of our specific needs and always polite. Very clean, well furnished, close to everything and also beautiful the view from the structure. Sympathy, kindness and availability of the owner. What else could we want? Everything was absolutely excellent! It was just a pity for us that we could not stay more than one night.

B&B absolutely impeccable. Clean and well-furnished rooms. Owners very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is extremely tasty with delicious freshly baked cakes. In general, a place to return to as soon as possible to relax and enjoy a break.
