The location of the B&B allows reaching the most scenic places of the Conero in 30-40 minutes. It is surrounded by trees that shade the property, with a pool or a small wooded area for those seeking relaxation after a day at the beach (reachable in 20 minutes). The few rooms and Vittoria's helpfulness and kindness create, in the breakfast room, among croissants, cakes, biscuits, jams and homemade bread, a pleasant atmosphere of friendliness among guests. Perfect structure for relaxing. Excellent location to reach both cultural destinations and the sea. The spaces (outdoors and indoors) are welcoming and well-kept. The pool and surrounding area are maintained with care. To use the pool, you need to wear a cap. Vittoria is kind, helpful, and discreet. We had a good time.

Located in a very interesting position for a seaside holiday, but also with excellent cultural opportunities nearby, the B&B Timeout is very welcoming, with well-kept indoor and outdoor spaces. The host Vittoria is really kind and pampered us every day with delicious breakfasts and supported us with valuable suggestions on local offers. This holiday will stay in our hearts forever💓.

The structure is well maintained and organized, clean and tidy, in addition to an excellent location both for the view and the accessibility to the points of interest in the area, including the sea. Efficient and friendly owner, makes you feel at home without being intrusive. Abundant breakfast, appreciated the choice of local products. I would return.

The structure is located in a strategic position to visit several noteworthy places. The room is equipped with every attention to the customer. The breakfast was abundant and with zero kilometer products. Vittoria made us feel at home and was super kind to help us solve a personal issue that arose 300 kilometers away from home (thank you again). Highly recommended! 5 STARS!

The structure is immersed in the Marche countryside, an excellent location to reach the most beautiful destinations in the Marche region. Our room was very clean and equipped with a beautiful terrace overlooking the countryside. The warm hospitality and the delicious homemade pastries offered at breakfast made us feel at home, highly recommended!

It is located on the beautiful hills of Marche, 30 minutes from the Conero Riviera, the road to the sea is a succession of picturesque landscapes... from when you open the gate to leave the B&B! There are expanses of sunflowers and I imagine the wonder at the time of flowering. The Conero Riviera is enchanting and, avoiding the most famous beaches, even in August you can find some uncrowded beaches. With a few more kilometers you can reach the Frasassi Caves and some cities worth a visit like Gubbio and Assisi. Mrs. Vittoria is very helpful and kind, in the spacious room there is nothing missing, there is a small fridge and on the terrace there is also a drying rack, not to mention the super breakfast.

B&B Timeout is a beautiful place, amidst the hills of Marche. Oasis of peace. The green room was a bit small but very well organized with everything needed and a huge terrace with a beautiful view where we had breakfast to avoid Covid gatherings. Mrs. Vittoria deserves a rating higher than 10, not only because she does her job with true love, but also because she makes delicious sweets, is helpful in everything and then, unlike many others, accepted the holiday voucher, also demonstrating a mastery of IT tools that unfortunately in Italy is not common to everyone. I highly recommend the property and hope to return.

First of all, a big thank you to Vittoria, an impeccable host, helpful and with a rare kindness to find! Excellent her cakes for breakfast and the homemade jams, but if you want something savory... just ask. Very clean rooms, location about 20-25 minutes by car from the beaches of Conero and quite convenient to visit the beauties of the area. Thank you so much Vittoria! We will return when we are in those parts.

At the time of booking we asked if they had rooms with a kitchen available and they offered us a studio. A very beautiful villa, excellent location to visit both the Conero Riviera in half an hour and other cities like Ancona, Recanati and Porto Recanati. Very quiet area and cool in summer. We had a great time.

The structure is very beautiful and welcoming, amidst sunflower hills, in a quiet street just outside Polverigi, an optimal point both to visit the Conero Riviera and the beautiful villages of the hinterland. Abundant breakfast with homemade products, impeccable cleanliness.

Upon arrival, we were left speechless by the beauty of the structure: a huge villa, well cared for in detail, surrounded by a garden of a thousand colors and scents. We wondered if we had made a mistake since the price of the stay was certainly not higher than that of many other places we had happened to stay! But even more, we were struck by the welcome: a large family that wins you over with a smile, making you feel at home from the very first moment but without being intrusive. Another surprise: the apartment. Large, exquisitely furnished and perfectly clean. Of the many trips I have taken in my life, no place has left me so enthusiastic and unable to find a flaw, indeed yes, there was a flaw: the stay ended too soon! But we will definitely return, especially because our little girl wants to go back to play on the swing among the trees, with the very long ropes like those in cartoons, which I could not resist trying too!

The welcome at B&B Timeout was fantastic, beautiful places. Our car had some issues that were resolved in one day, but Ms. Vittoria, very kind, lent us her car allowing us to continue our vacation. As for quality and price, the structure is above average. Best regards from Roberta and Beppe.

Timeout is the perfect stop for a well-deserved rest. Wonderful location in the Marche hills, strategic position 10 minutes from the Torrette hospital, easily reachable from the highway exit. The exquisite welcome from Franca, Roberto, and Vittoria makes the stay very pleasant, in a welcoming, warm environment, furnished with extreme good taste and sobriety, with attention to the smallest details. I will return and not alone.
