We stayed with Luca for 5 days. We had a great time. He is very polite and kind. The place was very clean. The breakfast was abundant. We will happily return and recommend him to friends and acquaintances.

Everything was flawless! The property is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes by car from the center of San Benedetto and the sea. Private parking, excellent, very spacious. The room is very large and spotless, comfortable beds. The breakfast is excellent, plentiful, served on the terrace which makes it even more enjoyable. Luca and his father were very kind and helpful. Compliments and thank you very much!

I recommend everyone this B&B SunBeach. Very spacious and new rooms. The owner is very kind. He also left water bottles in the fridge in the room. You can reach the beach with a 10-minute walk. Otherwise, you can ask if they provide bicycles. Parking is also available inside the condo courtyard.

Excellent location just a few minutes from the center and the seafront, cozy and very clean rooms. Excellent value for money and as for the reception of the staff and the care they had towards me nothing to say except: wonderful. I thank the B&B SunBeach for the hospitality and patience they had in fulfilling my requests, even those last minute ones. I will definitely come back and recommend the property to anyone who wants to spend some days in San Benedetto Del Tronto.

I have a certain experience with B&Bs and I can honestly say I found one of the best establishments in recent years. The owner Luca was extremely helpful, friendly, and kind in every way. In the future, if I decide to return to that area, I will definitely stop at the B&B SunBeach. Go there and you will be completely satisfied.

Kind and very helpful owner. Maximum freedom during the stay: it feels like being at your own home. Pleasant and I would even say romantic atmosphere. Welcoming and equipped with comfort. Externally the structure is not the best, but on the contrary inside. Perhaps the external part should be taken care of. The area is quite peaceful. Many services are available nearby. I sincerely thank Luca, the owner who made me feel at home during the stay and was willing to meet my needs.
