We stopped at Stefania's for just one night to break up the journey. The location of the B&B was excellent for us, very close to the highway exits. Stefania was very kind and helpful and allowed us to have breakfast, even though it was not included. The other guests present had requested it. We just want to point out that the walls of the rooms are very thin, during the day you can hear the neighbors, but at night there was no problem. Thanks again for the hospitality!

Mrs. Stefania was of uncommon availability, very kind. The apartment is far from the sea but economical and equipped with every comfort.

We stayed for a few hours in this structure to rest from the many hours of travel that awaited us and we left after about 6 hours. Stefania waited for us with great patience. She is a very kind and helpful person. She took the care to have the room refreshed with the air conditioning on, to welcome us after many hours of driving. The room was tidy and clean, the complex was quiet, and there was an excellent connection with the entrance to the highway, ideal for travelers. We rated the breakfast as sufficient because we did not take advantage of it. We recommend!

Excellent B&B. Quite convenient location, just 5 minutes by car from the city center/seafront. Very convenient and much appreciated parking. Spacious rooms with everything needed for an overnight stay. My only advice would be to equip the rooms with a small television, which would make it perfect.

Essential, practical, clean, strategic location, more than satisfying breakfast. To be considered when coming to these parts.

Very welcoming B&B with excellent value for money and extremely helpful owner. Definitely a reference point if you need to stay overnight in Civitanova Marche.

We had a great time. To spend the night and have breakfast at a low price, it's ideal. The owner is kind and helpful and the rooms are equipped as stated. If we were to come back to the area, I think we would choose the same place.

Great welcome and customer care. Small imperfections more than compensated by the excellent quality/price ratio.

Excellent for the unbeatable price, especially if you consider it only as a place to sleep (and for 1/2 nights). Unfortunately, for the structure, the walls adjacent to the neighboring apartment are made of cardboard and during the day the neighbors are quite noisy, it will almost seem like they are in the room with you (between shouts, children, and excessively loud TV). We used it more as a place to stay for the night and we slept well without any problems. The strong smell that you can smell in the building's stairs, mentioned in other reviews, remains there, everything is ok in the structure. Another small note: at the time of booking, breakfast was indicated as included but, once we contacted the property to report that we had just paid the deposit by bank transfer, it was pointed out that breakfast would not be available. For the price paid, it was fine anyway and we didn't even complain, but maybe it would have been better to specify it beforehand, in the description. Overall, for our quick stopover, we were quite satisfied: unbeatable price, private parking, 10 minutes from practically everything (obviously by car).

Nice structure, well connected with everything you need, calm just right (the bell tower of the nearby church is not annoying) and with the necessary comforts for any type of stay. The owner is very kind!

Clean environments, free parking, excellent breakfast and very kind and helpful manager.

The B&B is in a convenient location for those who need to make a stopover (close to the highway) like we did. Nearby there is the city center and even before that the area with supermarkets and shopping centers. The breakfast was plentiful and the lady very kind. Many noises come from the street below. General cleanliness should be improved to provide more comfort to guests and smoking should be prohibited in the house.

Good structure.

B&B in the Santa Maria Apparente area, very convenient to walk to the Eurosuole Forum and the nearby shopping center. We stayed in a triple room, two adults and a child. Well-furnished, comfortable and spacious apartment, perhaps the windows, which are a bit dated, need to be reviewed in the future. Mrs. Stefania is very kind and welcoming, she served us a very rich breakfast: brioches, rusks, honey, jam, cereals and various types of cornflakes, yogurt, cakes, cookies, milk, coffee and juice! She also gave us various directions on how to move around Civitanova, where to park, etc.. To reach the city center and the sea, a car is needed.
